Ironically I just spent Christmas with two ladies from Uganda and Kenya. I asked if anyone in their countries hunt. Simply put, the only hunters are there for the tourist money and hunting is looked down on as for the poorest. I always thought it would be cool to hunt in Africa but not anymore. I don’t need to impart my lifestyle on their culture just because I want to kill an animal they don’t even normally desire to eat. Instead, I’ll visit to enjoy their lands and culture through their eyes as much as possible.

And what was this hunt for? Just for fun?
Killing "one of the biggest hippo in the world" just for fun?
Gonna be crazy to see, how you can beat it, with the same weapons as the hippo...
freaky hobby...
you dropped this ❄
He’s donating the meat to local people. That’s almost 8,000 pounds of food for the local population
@@humor7506 ppfttt LOL
@@humor7506 Caring about the environment ain't being a flake. It's people like you who are sensitive because we don't like trophy hunting.
How did it taste!? I’m really curious you’re a real skilled bowman and inept hunter! Well done what did y’all do with him? Why did you guys cook with it?
Holy fuk.
I think I said that to myself about 10 times watching that. That was crazy man
I've seen 3 or 4 of your videos and just a new sub
and just found this
This is waaay better that any National geographic Ive ever seen
I don't think epic quite cuts that. I luv'd everything about it
I've seen 2x now
Great camera work and music. That guide was awesome. Great crew
That made me feel like I was right there with you.
When you took that first shot and it hit a little low. We felt your pain.
You could've edited that out... but ya didn't. Powerful moment
Thank u for sharing that
That 2nd shot was a beauty. I loved how you took your time and leaned into him. You stuck that sweet spot. That was definately a holy fuk moment for me
I was wishing you could've put one in there with that longbow. It's cool
That compound looks pretty nice too
I liked that you let the guide talk about hippo at the end
I think you took us to school with you on this whole thing.
Awesome production!
Great job on the narrating
Thank you Josh
Well done!
At first I was really hoping to see you use that 100lb bow. Towards the end of watching it, it no longer seemed to matter to me. It was purely just a great hunt. I'm glad you got to cross this off your list, and thanks for bringing us along the experience.
Good. Luck. Guy's. Don't. Get hurt. Okay. Be. Safe
That dudes gun safety hurts my soul, I don’t understand how people don’t get violently angry when they get barrel brushed whether or not the firearm is loaded
Dude!!! That is awesome that thing is massive!!!
yo how hard is it to kill on of those, took 3 arrows truly a machine
