      @@TheBrokerLife its off strip, with great great views. easy check in, no paid parking. Easy access to Tuscany and Ellis Island.

    On average how many days per month are the single bedrooms booked and will the platinum provide the market analysis for my lender? Also what's the process of the owner staying there for a weekend say every other month under the rental agreement program? Will the platinum block off those dates after you inform them and you just not make money that day, or are there hidden fees? Thanks

    So an owner/occupied MGM Signature 1 bdr + DTI - $1746.16 +$35.00 = $1781.16
    An owner/occupied 1 bdr at the Platinum $1397.00.
    Is that correct?

      I would have to double check to see if anything has changed with the platinum but yes based off the numbers I saw last this would be accurate.

    Can yu stay in your unit for a week or long weekend without it affecting the rental status, like off season

      Any time you use your unit it will affect your income. That’s just how it works. If you stay other people who will pay can’t stay.

    You made a great video about Palms Place which accurately stated how power, cable etc. was covered under their HOA. Is that the same here or are you responsible for your own utilities?

    What kind of approx income can be generated when using the rental program?

      Hotel condos are usefully around 3-4% if its done through the hotel and around 6-7% if done by yourself using airbnb or any other 3rd party website.

    I read a blog where the person said you only can livd there for a limited time a year due to zoning.

      That was true at one time but you can live there full time now they just charge for it since it will not be in the rental pool.
