Yes. I saw an inexpensive unit for sale in I think one of Martin or Panorama and it was torn up and there was extensive water damage and mold. Makes a person think the owner found out how much it was going to cost to fix it all and just decided to punt. I have no idea how much it would cost to yoink out flooring and deal with dangerous mold in a condo unit? I think I'd rather not find out.
I greatly appreciate your attention to detail!
Thank you!! 😊
I appreciate the warts-and-all presentation.
I appreciate it as well. Hate when realtors put lipstick on a pig. Thanks Steve.
👍
No problem 😃
Same!
Nice unit but definitely would get the water damage fixed before moving in and have it inspection done

One of my clients ended up buying this one. We got a great deal because of the condition. It was listed for $650k and we got it for $605,777 👍
Are short term rentals allowed at the Martin?
Nope 6 month minimum 👍
Fix that water damage asap
That would be good 👍
$1.1k for HOA should be criminal
So much!
With that $650K, you can buy two 4 bedroom houses in Las Vegas. Just sayin.
Very true and 5 bedroom plus
