Are the pickled radish similar to Vietnamese pickled radish, cucumber and carrots? I make those. Sweet n low causes migraines so I stick with regular old sugar.

I have never been able to handle much spice, but I found sweet & spicy Korean chicken at my supermarket and I am hooked. After a couple times eating it, I found that I am loving the spice & I just found a few more recipes. Thanks to both of you. My favourite will be the jjimdak, dakbokkeumtang and jajangmyeon. I have cook this so may times and een my husband loves it.I always add more green onion, potatoes and chillies because I love it. I should be a Korean cos I love Korean food, I eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You in a good book as Claire really enjoy the food. Thank you for sharing the recipes. Recently made KFC using Weissman’s recipe, except for some reason we didn’t have gochujang (we always have gochujang) and used sriracha instead. Came out amazing. Now I have to give yours a shot!! Of course the other dishes look awesome and I will try those too!

I love Korean fried chicken. I’m in New York and when I go down to Korea Way I always go to my favorite spot to get my favorite soy garlic chicken and some soju. 😋 So good!! I have to make some again at home. Lol I’m so jealous of Claire enjoying all that chicken. Lol
I gave the spicy fried chicken a shot and while I had to add a little more spice to it to cater to my tastes definitely give it a 10/10 strongly recommend.

Being in the UK funding some bits like the new sugar is hard so substitute with sweet n low or similar loving the recipes
