Are there enough recipes in the cookbook that are vegetarian friendly/easy to make vegetarian? I always worry about buying non-vegetarian cookbooks because they end up having recipes just for meat or recipes that aren't easy to convert 😆

tip for those of us who are also being hit hard by inflation: the last recipe, bibim guksu, tastes GREAT with tonkatsu...or chicken nuggets! I've been buying pre-cooked, frozen chicken nuggets and heating them up as I prep the noodles.

whatever requires the least amount of time with the stove on (if you're in the Northern hemisphere😅). if you're in the Southern hemisphere, the one with the most amount of time with the stove on!

This cookbook, and a wok, has been my go to wedding gift since last year. I am constantly told the gift is the “best” gift. I’ve made all the recipes and they all have been successful. 😊

We decided to try the cold noodle dish. I think I need to cook the noodles longer than the pkg directions...they were very tough. The flavor was still nice and we will try it again.
I also tried the cucumber kimchi. I've never had kimchi before, but do like spicy...I wasn't able to get the Korean chili flakes (I should be able to when the Pan-Asia market opens near by, later this year) so I tried using our regular red pepper flakes. First taste was yummy...now letting it meld for 4 hrs or so.
Now that I have made it, what do I eat it with?

I have never wanted to eat something that makes me sick so badly. Your tomato kimchi looks sooooooo good. I have developed an allergy to large raw tomatoes. Is there a version using grape or cherry tomatoes? Please reply . Also is it possible to put sliced or matchstick small red radishes in this? I hate carrots.

Listening to a Korean blogger the other day, he said cucumber was the most hated veggie in Korea, is this true?

I bought your book, paid 40 Euro for it and i wasn't impressed. Its pretty and nice layout, the the recipes are no where near what you show online. I was extremely disappointed.I though you would st lrast have some of the more popular recipes you did on the channel in addition to new stuff, but they were very simple and uninspired . I felt like you put the recipes that were too dull for the channel in it, but that is just me..

Too long, can't watch. Maybe continue your shorter video lengths? I don't mind long videos but this is too niche. It is a subset of Korean cooking. This would have been a perfect 5 part series. Just add a couple minutes to each recipe and you reach 10 minute per video!
