Apparently Sakuya actually prepares baked goods for Remilia and Flandre like cakes and cookies using blood as a replacement for water. It seems that she takes bags of blood from hospitals and chills them for storage. On another note, Remilia and Flandre are light eaters that apparently never finish their food anyway, and Flandre in particular doesn't even realize that the food she eats is made with human blood. Explaining why she doesn't even see humans as food, but as toys to play with (break).
