Great story. Reminds me of when I had a boat at Bruno's Island in the late 1990s. Everybody looked after each other. It's a shame all the marinas in the delta are phasing out liveaboards.
Me and my husband saving money buying a houseboat to live on the Delta because we can’t afford to rent or buy house anywhere else in California plus better than being homeless I was raised up on boats with my family and I know how to work on boats and cars because of my dad
