There is a worst scam.
You get payed with a check. You take the check to the bank and ask them to see if it is real. They confirm it is real and you deposit the check.
One week later, the bank tells you it is fake and you lose your money.
It happened to someone. I don’t know how much he lost.
Happened to me with progressive insurance. They send me a check after cash it they widraw money from my checking saying I agree to avoid a check and that I appeal the case. Long story short I had to wait 3 month to get paid and the worst part is that they had this adjuster calling me all the time 😂 he was like you know we are not gonna pay you right? Haha I told him many times bro trust me your company gonna pay me

Why in the world would you send intimate pictures to someone. You know your going to get blackmailed.
It is mostly kids who do that. Young girls looking for attention, trying to get liked.
There was a case like that of a 13 or 14 y old girl and eventually, she comitted suicide.

Born in 1952. The big scam was sending things you had not ordered but the law required you return them (often expensive) or pay for them.
That came to an abrupt end when Congress acted. If sent to you unordered, you can keep it.
