I find in the years I’ve gone, Best spot to catch a driver is right where you were, by the water taxi drop off and paddock entrance/exit on a Thursday when it’s not too busy yet. They will stop, take pics etc. once the weekend starts they’ll be too busy

We were there the day after but still saw some snippets of the circuit, grandstands being removed. Heard some celebrities were still hanging around. Beautiful city but only for the ultra rich.

PADDOCK ACCESS, BRAND CORRALS (POR, BMW, CORV, MIATA) THEY GET 3 LAPS IN THE MORNING. ‘PARADE’ LAPS… ONLY BMW GOT ‘SINGLE LANE LAPS’ 😅 TURN 1, 185KM/H IN MY X1 😅TOPPED AT 220 (BRAKE ZONE LINE UP) (MY X1 IS A WEIRD UNKNOWN GERMAN THING..
