You do not know what you are talking about have you ever been there or just heard about it? The purpose of Monaco is its tax free status. So rich people go there buy a flat register get their tax free status and leave. They may pop back from time to time but most of the property is empty. It is a country 2km stuffed with flats but you never see many residents. The next group of people are tourists many here on the bus for the day with their lunch in their backpack. These people simply hang out around the casino square, port hurcule or the hyper market without the price of a bottle of water. As for the cars the place is only 2km long and it’s on a cliff face so for every 3 steps forward you do one up or down. The locals do not have cars as there is nowhere to park them. The rich tourists have them and they pay through the teeth to park them. As to nightlife there are a handful of clubs that charge you €3,000 table service if you want to sit down.
