Facebook told me that my ads are losing performance because my add-to-cart event match quality is too low (3,8) I checked the reasons and I saw that this is because I am not generating enough names, surnames, and phone numbers. I wonder how is possible to remove those events from the add-to-cart because is practically impossible to generate them from the add-to-cart. I hope that you will help me with this issue... You can fix it by sending facebook all info from people that hit an specific page we are able to send facebook name, email, even if people don't buy or opt-int.... we can also send hash, md5, sha256 etc We call this process MRO using our Identity Resolution technology

Will you get this low event message if your not running ads? Will it change once I start running ads?
I don't think it's related to running ads.
