My Italian sister-in-law makes a simple version with potatoes, mayo and green olives diced up really small along with a little sea salt. It is wonderful! I eat it cold and hot.
Hello, Today I made this with just red potatoes, green onion and eggs since that’s what I had on hand. It’s so delicious. I also made your chicken legs with cinnamon to go with it tonight. I ran out of uteri a and substituted paprika. Hopefully they go together. It’s super hot today. So I then immediately baked the 3 ingredient oatmeal banana breakfast cookies so I only turned the oven on once. Had a ball following your recipes! Plan to try many more. Finding your videos is helping me make lasting changes.

I made it and absolutely loved it. One small comment, i advise serving it the same day. I had extra and refrigerated, but it became sort of watery next day, maybe i put too much yogurt, i don’t know. It’s fine to eat, but i wouldn’t serve it to guests

You have a very good way of making hard boiled eggs - going to try that! I'm not a fan of "Greek Style" yogurt, so I'll stick with whole milk plain. copying and pasting the above recipe and dividing it for two - One for me and one for me later! 🤣😋
Yummy! Have you ever tried other fresh herbs in this besides parsley? I may try this with dill because I have that on hand a lot. And I will swap out the mayo with a little extra Greek yogurt 😊.
Dill is that one fresh herb I forget how much I love until I have it again. I've been eating a lot of it in potato salad this summer, I also love it in tuna salad.

For making eggs easy to peel, what I do instead, is bringing the water to boil first then I put the eggs and cook them for about 7 min
