I can't believe that those little cables that were soldered to the copper rods support that amperage, as an educational video it's fine but in practice it's not real
Yeah… I bet those internal wires are glowing!
That's unfair
Fake video 😡
fake
So, why there is a humming sound of a transformer in the background (while welding)? I mean, that's not how a capacitor discharge it's energy.
it a sound of the buzzing tiny ethernet wire that has a super conductivity capable of delivering hundreends of amper without any thermal losses only dissipating acoustic energy :) :) :) :). The title of this video should be : DIY super conducting wire using image processing
It is really working, high rate current discharge a very short time while sppoting
Exactly you will notice also capacitor connection wire also thick how that can handle high current
Because this is a fake. The total capacity of this thing is 100 times smaller than what he claims on the lalel of the device, it won't be able to weld the thinnest of foils, not enough power, long way short of claimed 1000W. The welding electrodes are powered by a transformer, hence the humming sound. Put it this way, if that capacitor was used as the source of energy for welding the thin wires inside it would have evaporated in a moment, we are talking of 150 amps or more.
That humming sound is a distant voice, singing "made a fool of you..."
how wonderful the capacitor buzzes, or is it a transformer that the author decided not to show?)))))
ua-cam.com/channels/2x5jlF-eIakUhSCk9ixu4w.html hhj
Probably is advertising the laser writer excellent
I don't know if you noticed or not but he hooked up a benchtop power supply to it that was probably buzzing to keep the capacitor fed

Ah yes, my capacitor definitely makes a humming sound when I short circuit it.
Mine too i think i have one ov the ac ones
This Video is about How to Print on PVC Pipes 🤣
😅😅 new technology
Firstly, what is the purpose of making this video? Laser print or solder or putting bunch of capacitor in a box?
Also, why to use 0.1sqmm wire inside and then solder to 4sq mm copper bolts? Either you do not understand the need or you think viewers are fools.
I made this capacitor with connection of 0.001mm/sq wire and it draws up to 100KA in this cable.🙂 Also it melts a 400 mm bus bar......
Elə bil uşaq başın aldadır koondensatorun çıxış naqilinə bir baxın .elədiyi qaynağın detalına baxın .üstəlik də elektrolit kondesatorların da tutumun düz ya z ayıb.
Maybe those capacitors are useless because the power is coming from a a high ampere DC power supply.
9:22 notice that blue cable on the left side, i think that cable connected to a spot welding machine or lead acid battrey, not connected to super capacitor that he made
Exactly, the noise heard during welding is from a high current transformer, 4700uf capacitors never reproduce this type of sound, this video is a fake
i totally agree with this,
since he don't show the full view of the 'capacitor spot wielding' while in action, and noticing the wielding transformer noises in the background,
and the capacitors cable inside the case are too thin, it will burn and melt with such high current.
Also the capacitor must be already discharge when the 2nd or 3th wield or so (usually with big "pop" sound, rather a buzzing kind of sound)
so, i think this video is isn't legit video
beside all of that CMIIW
oh, it's black magic! those thin wires are made of viberanium from wakanda! This guy should've been awarded the Nobel Prize.
Nice project, however a small remark I counted 2x13 4700uF 25V capacitors. In parallel that makes 122200uF de description on the side of the welder is a factor 1000 to high. The total energy in this capacitor is.38 Watt. With a one weld per second, you need a 38W Power supply to constantly load it.
The watt is a unit of power, meaning energy divided by time.
@@philg4116divided by second*
Yes small green and white cable not damaged. Nice magic 😂

What is the benefit of the durability of the outer threads if the inner threads are weak?
quite
What are the wires to that condenser? if a short circuit happened, they would burn immediately. miimum 2.5 square conductors should be used for this, not a wire for a landline.
Yes, burn on this cable, i change new thick size cable after

You didn't make a capacitor, you made a capacitor _holder_ ... Cool video nonetheless.
Using huge copper rodes ang multiple high discharge cap in parallel all connected with a tiny little wire 😅 burns instantly sir
I suppose the wires from small capacitors in the PVC case of yours are too thin.
Ya think?
NO F-ing way those tiny wires would survive!
It was a good advert for the printer. As for the capacitor side sorry but crossection of wires can not hold the amperage which will red hot the thick conductor. The wire inside probably melt like a superflink fuse in millisecs.
The diameter of the green inner wires are on the limit. But aniway excellent idea!
May be the caps can drive such high current. But the wires used are definitely under rated and must burn off at the first instant itself. He must show the entire setup in single frame while working ...
2 separated layers of aluminum foil with plastic wrap in between is really good. I think you dope it with potassium hydroxide and water.
Connecting Wires inside the capacitor are very small that they may not withstand very high curent
Good. But the value should be 122200uF
7:55 The lid was not installed correctly. You drew a negative contact sign on the side of the case, and put on the cover with a negative contact not to it.
the value of the capacitor is wrong
the true value is 26 * 4700 microfarad and is equal to 122 200 microfarad
not 12 220 000 microfarad
but the idea is great . thank you vey much

Rather than use pre made caps...
Cover inside pipe with say copper tape, then for + electrode use titanium foil. Fill with pepsi and anodize to max working voltage until current drawn drops to near enough zero. The anodized layer is a super thin dielectric layer of pretty high value.the resistance of the pepsi is negligible compared to that of the dialectic... Thus overall effect is a very large value capacitor.
Fake!
Wow..wish i had that equipement...
Nice video, but you should really put a warning on screen if you are going to cut/engrave pvc with a laser. It can be lethal.
Sangat menajubkan
That music is so mental.
Inside capacitor soldered very thin wire so it's impossible
Wkwkwkwkwkwk.... nice try 👍
Thanks for the additional microplastics. Why don't we have pulverized plastics in the supermarkets anyway?? We have salt and pepper.. We can just add more. I am sure I will start to taste much better with time
How to charge the capacitors, can you give me an explanation? thanks, very good job. Greetings.
Saludos.
Using dc power supply max 25 volt dc , not more ! Wait until full ! .remember the capasitor same 25 vdc and paralel !

😂😂😂 that was a very funny and entertaining process of deception, carry on, very convincing 👍
It's so stong until it making humming noise 😱😱😱
The minus sign he printed on the casing is not adjusted with minus terminal on capacitor !

good video
face the power suply is 20 amp at least and the capacitor does nothing more then 1 amp

Why the hell is the capacitor buzzing? It's not even connected to your electrodes.

Why no light b uilt in for charging and discharging? It shouldn't sound like a 12v power supply being shorted if it's really a capacitor

Where does the 60 hertz sound come from if the power source is direct current?

@9:20 to 9:26 I can see his hands contact with metal strip. May be the metal is non conductive . But the wires used inside is insane to believe 🎉. 😂
I made and experienced this will not work. Sparking is there to make spitting but no bonding metel together is not happening.
What??? You're using those tiny thin CAT5 wires for high current from those caps??? You must be crazy. Why don't you use thicker wires to connect those caps??
Interesting thing is this 60 hertz frequency noise. It looks like it's connected to a microwave transformer. hahahaha
Bien.
Good idea
Why are all the lines running out of frame????? Let’s say this DIY is not complete BS. With all the time you took and spent recording the laser engraving… after all that, you fully delegitimized the video by keeping wiring out of frame
