the problem is, if only one amp of current flows in to a 5000uF capacitor, the voltage across the capacitor would be 200V at the end of the first second. This "capacitor" appears to begin at 2V and even tho the current flow is several amps, the voltage does not appear to run up according to the math associated with capacitors. In other words, the current flow and the voltage readings are not possible for a capacitor of any size. Google the current/voltage/time relationship in capacitors.
It's definitely Fake.First of all that's a high voltage capacitor that can't be charged by 24 volts. An enectrolotic capacitor is the one that can charge with low voltages...it has too negative pin.
Off course it's FAKE. Electrolitic capacitors use a thin layer of oxide to maximize the surface of the armatures. This is what makes them expensive. If it would be possible to roll up components of that capacity that easy they would cost near to zero. What is unbearable is the number of followers that waste their time watchin this garbage. Lets Thumb down loudly.

Agreed. And it's not an electrolytic as the negative terminal marking would indicate. An electrolytic cap uses oxide on one of the foil electrodes as the insulator. That's why they are polarized, because the oxide is only an insulator in one (current) direction. If you hook it up backwards, the oxide conducts, and the cap fails from heat buildup. This is a "paper and foil" cap, with a low capacitance, high voltage ability, and no polarity.
