CJM instead of directing registration of FIR took 156.3 application as complaint and put date for examination of complainant under crpc sec 200 in his order aggrieved by this decision complainant moved for revision in session court while filing revision he came to know that he has to summon the accused first then only revision plea would be heard....i wish to know wether it is mandatory to inform the accused when no cognizance has been taken and wether accused have some locus standi or accused could challenge the revision...under which section of crpc the session court is asking for entertaining summons to accused..would you please eleborate...
