Ma'am it was an exceptional lecture over procedure followed after cognizance as it is always been ignored and mostly investigation part is given much prominence. The nuances which you discussed for example in S.227 is highly appreciable as for people like me who haven't even started practising cannot come across to it before practising. The lecture was really insightful and does trigger me to change my outlook towards criminal law after seeing your hold and grasp over Criminal Procedure Code. Thank you Ma'am.
Your knowledge and insight is impeccable....I personally think you are the top and best lawyer, your explanation about law makes it so easy for laymen.
The stage of inquiry starts when chargesheet has been filed and court has to take cognizance and it goes on until charges are framed or notice to be given in summons case.
I'm not even a lawyer, I'm a software dev and yet I'm watching these videos every day. Much respect!
