2012 Cass Whistle Blow Railfan Weekend Reading 6 Chime & C&O Hooter

This is a C&O hooter whistle. The whistle was aquired from the Deepwater terminal in Richmond, Va where the mallets were scrapped. It is sitting downstairs in my living room as we speak. Hope this clears anything up
