This is an important video, as many hobbyists don't have expensive studio strobes and lot of room to set them up. Personally I went with godox ad200 pro, I could afford it it serves my portrait and product photography needs as a hobbyist! Thanks Thierry for this great video.
As always, excellent work Thierry! I have pending the assembly of that water tank for my "water drops" and to try some of the photos that you show us. Greetings from Buenos Aires!
I love perfume! This YSL Y is a gem. Thanks for the tutorial Thierry. I wish you would add a clever tag line in French to your videos, I think it would be like a unique and fun little trademark. Merci
Hello Thierry, your photography video are super amazing and interesting, i learnt a lot from you, im really enjoy watching your creative technique thank you !! but.. why are you now hiding your video? i'm trying to look for those previously watched but could not be found any more, hope you can again replay for us, would be greatly appreciated, once again, thank you very much for your effort.
Very nice! I have a few questions: How is the speed-light with the Blue gel, under the product able to show through the Black acrylic? What an I missing here?
Hello and thank you for your visit of my channel, as you can see in the video, at power 2 the speedlight go through the gel and the acrylic, you miss nothing !
@@thierrykubaBTS So the Tray has a hole in it with the white and black acrylic covering the hole, and these acrylic sheets are attached to the tray so the water does not leak? And the black acrylic sheet is Transparent? I like the shots, I also want to create my own tray, so that's why I'm asking. Thank you.
Thierry, Sorry I did not see the link until just now, so thank you, I understand how that tray is made now, However, If you could provide a link as to where we could get that Glue and quick Activator, that would help, I have never seen that before, that solves a lot of problems. I'm learning a lot from your videos. Thank you
Hello Andrea and thank you so much, I buy my gels and filters from "Thomann France", here is the link www.thomann.de/fr/transparents_couleur_archets.html
you could achieve this with 1-3 speedlites with higher iso too, depends on your editing comfort for anyone who cant afford this many speedlites. even without water and stuff you can edit in effects if you have the skill and time. you can also sub the tank for a large pyrex dish with a blue gel as the surface and get a similar result. you can use dollar store binder covers for gels and dollar store shower curtains for diffusion instead of scrims and stuff. just get creative and get it done folks! 👌👏
I will have to watch your channel more often. As a retire. This be good to learn for fun or contract work.
Thank you my friend
Very good job👍👍👍
