My name is Denis ! iv been homeless in the past . Since age 17 to 44 .It were red tape the council would not cut that got me evicted , i since found out who the person were that put me in arrears through no fault of my own, I'm not naming names ,but sort that dept out . Its a certain type of persons who should by law be nowhere n,r the rent dept . Caerphilly borough , Penllwyn .
