Pentre Development
On Friday 07 June, Trivallis proudly announced the completion of its first development of 2024 by handing over the keys to eight brand-new homes in the heart of Pentre. This milestone marks the transformation of the former Pentre Hotel site into much-needed housing, including a specially adapted one-bedroom ground floor flat.

I visited and stayed in Penrhys in the late 80s, originally from Scotland, loved Penrhys. Some of the names I remember, Tammy and Gareth Rosser, John Thomas, Dai Magic

Where do I start. I know some one who started working for Grow South Wales and had a 6 month full payed job when that contract ended Grew Merjed with RCT Homes to be cume Trivallis now you would think as a new companie that the person I know would have been offerd a new 6 moth contract but they wernt reason why is they all ready had and finished a contract with Grew. Next the person I know dose nearly a 40 hour a week not just doing there job but doing other ppls jobs to because they are to slow. next My friend put in for driving leasons after 4 years of work with Trivallis they had 3 moths leasons one leason a week and then they counceled there leasons with out reason so they payed out for a provisional all for nothing. next Do they help you back to work? NO they dont they dont offer courses to help you back to work they dont give help with job search all Trivallis wonts is slaves to do all the work while the bosses reap in all the millions of ££££££ THEY DONT GIVE A S..T ABOUT YOU!!!!!
Hi Ste, we appreciate your feedback but wanted to clear up a few things here. There is never a guarantee of full time, permanent employment following volunteering. The purpose of our volunteering programme is to give people skills and confidence that they can use when looking for work. Whilst we sometimes have opportunities available for volunteers to join our teams, this is never promised as we don't always have vacancies. We do help people back to work, particularly the long term unemployed. Last year, 60 volunteers went on to gain paid employment. The driving school is also very successful, over 40 people had driving lessons last year and over 25% of those people successfully obtained their driving licence. My name is Denis ! iv been homeless in the past . Since age 17 to 44 .It were red tape the council would not cut that got me evicted , i since found out who the person were that put me in arrears through no fault of my own, I'm not naming names ,but sort that dept out . Its a certain type of persons who should by law be nowhere n,r the rent dept . Caerphilly borough , Penllwyn .
