Hey aaron I'm still watching the video. But how can I connect with God when I'm talking to someone and they are just saying very negative things? It's hard for me to stay in peace and awareness when someone just starts going on and on and on aabout all the negative stuff in the news for example

This separate me from my foundation because Islam thought us to be a part of a whole and everything we do effect the whole. Islam has already provided me the way to be in harmony with the universe but everything that is not Islam which upset our status quo offer us the opportunity for spiritual growth.

I am a visual learner, and the moving blue cloud background makes it very difficult for me to absorb the words you just spoke. A still background without movement would be much more impactful and better. It's like the clouds take with them everything that you're speaking and I lose it. And then I listened without looking at the video and wow Aaron abke thank you so very much. This is so healing and such a gift to hear. Thank you.
