Aaron, I am starting to feel love for all around me. I ended a toxic relationship and she continues to try and interact and I can see it’s because she realizes what she fd up. I can forgive her, in another video you talk about how it’s really all about loving relationships…I can be forgiving and loving and still not wish to have her as a friend or in my circle no?

Great exercise! At first I felt a feeling of blocking and distancing emotionally then I realised , all things are by God good and bad for the end plan. So let it be, it is what it is, and people are where they are in life for their own reasons.

the mantra i use when the ego feels like judging is : " they don´t know the´re perfect yet " it has been working pretty well and from a logical perspective judging starts to makes less and less sense! thanks for the teachings

My ability to see the light in someone regardless of their inability to see it in themselves . Is what demonstrates real healing in the world. What if you see it from a place like this ...
Do you need to forgive a baby because they can't talk, or walk, or a toddler because they can't do complex math?
Or can you see each person as at a different place than you and simply on a path to learning so there is literally nothing to figure, just to see them as they are, where they are?
Maybe even recognizing you have been where they are and have moved upwards but that where you are is more dense than others who have passed your learning...
It changes my view because forgiveness requires you first judge something as lacking and in need of forgiveness
At least that's how I see it now... In my more unified moments...

@@danielae6266Kind of difficult to do when the person's actions are harmful to you. Like physical attack, torture, abuse, etc. I would say that is pretty lacking.

It helps me to remember that the person I am having a disagreement with likely cannot see my pain, my point of view, no matter how valid it feels to me- because they would need an open heart to do so. Once I can accept that this person is not judging me or my POV, but a false idea of who I am and what I think, this releases me from the urge to blame. It becomes so obvious that the other person is only fighting their own projections. At that point, all I want is to find a way to truly connect so they can see that the true me only wants the best for them. So it reverses my feelings back to love.

I've come to a point now where I can actually listen to the other person's grievance and consider it. I've found myself saying 'Fair enough, I will try to work on that' and wondering why it was worth fighting tooth and nail to avoid such a simple phrase in the past!

When I heard Adolph Hitler, I first knew that that was going to be the first name. I felt deep sadness for his soul. He was in deep torment himself, and he didn’t know what to do with it. All the other names had no effect on me. I hold deep compassion for all beings and sometimes I feel their pain but I’m learning to recognize when it’s not my pain. I sit with it and send it love. As Aaron alluded to, it's not about forgiving others. It's about forgiving the judgement in ourselves. And even then we realize there is nothing to forgive there either because we, just like everyone else, just like every situation, is doing the best they or it can based on the level of consciousness they dwell in.
There is no guilt because choice from the highest level is an illusion.

Many of us understand that the human organism is the result of conditioning and biology. Our genes, or conditions in the womb, every experience we have shapes us and makes us who we are. In this regard it's not difficult to see how we are solely the product of our environment.
We see this in practice as well. People who experience certain things we act this way. People who are born with a high or low IQ turn out this way.
It is often talked about that we have no freedom on this mechanistic level. In truth we don't. We are 100% the product of the physical world.
But what is also talked about is how inner being is freedom. When we connect with our higher selves we have a broader perspective and this have more choice.
From the perspective of the 3D self, we finally have free will.
But this is only freewill from the perspective of the 3D self because the expansion gives the illusion of free will.
The perspective of the higher self is simply a broader perspective than that of the 3D self. It is one fractal level up.
Yet our inner being isn't the end all and be all of perspective. Just as the 3D self is the product of its source, the higher self is simply the product of its source.
When we go up the infinite scale to the highest source, we reach pure being which is infinite perspective.
Yet pure being cannot know what it is with infinite perspective. It is only through contrast that anything is known. Thus the infinite fractals of God or levels of perspective are God knowing itself.
Every level of God exercises the illusion of free will when it acts from the level just above its primary state. Yet taken from a whole, each level of free will derives its experience of freedom from the level above which all stem from the ultimate perspective.
@@mansitalwar7972 Another way of looking at it is that there is only one will, God's. If there were more than one will, then there would be more than one God.
This is why free will is an illusion from any level other than the One. It's also why all will is the will of God. How could it be otherwise? Where would this will come from?
I was in Walmart, the other day, just looking at the sea of people and a thought came to me. I wonder how Christ sees all of these people and my heart opened and I smiled , and then my heart opened typing this , double smile , two for one ☝️

This is so crazy, I awoke the other morning remembering those exact words...."Love thy neighbor as thyself." Thank you Jesus ♥ and as always thank you Aaron. ♥ Yes, forgiveness.
To anyone who is in a DV situation please know that forgiveness doesn't mean staying at a sacrifice for you and your safety. You can choose to leave, heal yourself, grow and release them and be indifferent as possible to the things they do and just focus on yourself and your own happiness and alignment. I use the word release because holding onto the anger and sense of injustice is a energy tie to them that i do not wish to continue. So, i release. When the one child he does still have custody of tells me something horrible, i focus on her, her supports like psychology etc. I stayed for 13 yrs as i intuitively saw a little boy version of him after DV would occur, this i found out later was his trauma age. But again, thats for him to heal not me and if you are staying because you see the good or hurt in someone remember Aaron said himself that you cant hurt yourself too to be empathetic. Focus on you and healing you. Be around people and environments that ALLOW and OPTIMISE your happiness, connection, growth, expansive feelings of love and you will be more connected to hear your intuition. If you have trauma it's important to focus on what YOU can do.
I agree... The world is a mishmash of cause and effect. Sometimes you are around people that are damaging to your vibration if they are horrible towards you, and it's better to get out of the situation. It's better to try to stay humble and leave. Stay as kind and positive as you can, but sometimes you need to also stand up for yourself.
Nothing is perfectly cut and dry and I go to a mystery school that teaches love, but also that the universe holds perfect balance and even being way too far off into the sides of passivity and kindness, turning the cheek can be an evil, or just like up, or allow more evil. Yes karma happens and rectifies in the end, but the universe is teaching all of us to eventually stand on our own.
The reason I am stating this is because it's not as easy as just love and refuse to say anything in the face of injustice.... That is a recipe for allowing evil to do whatever it wants. I took the 'turn the other cheek's path for a few years and it ruined my confidence after quiet some time and now I am having to build that back and learn how to have a voice again. It's ok to have a voice and to say no, and it's ok to walk away. Say.... Someone in your family has a wife and they both try to take advantage of you, and if you ever say no then they throw every judgement at you and even talk behind your back to others. Yea.... That is damaging to you. Now let's say that just always caving in when you try to help them, but a situation comes up to where you cannot, and then they attack you and gaslight you when you put a foot down and say... Uhh, no I can't do that right now. Then it's for one (ok to say no, and state that you are not willing to be taken advantage of again, and for two, it's ok to walk away so that they aren't continually lowering your vibration.
Eventually you may even have to be honest with these people and tell them why you won't be in their life if they keep treating you that way. Then get ready for the people that you loved to try to tare you down.
Sorry, I just went through something recently. It sucks when you keep trying to give someone a chance and if you EVER do anything that disagrees with them getting there way and then you are every type of bad name, and lower than trash thing that they can think of, then you can forgive someone, but not if they are constantly around and trashing you anew over and over. And this to me isn't karma, at least not from this lifetime because I can't remember ever being like that to people.
@FraterIgniUmbra-ci7gv yep it's a complex scenario and there're nuances in how to apply being loving and non judgemental in how you see others while keeping yourself safe. I learnt all this a while ago and after 13 yrs I left that marriage. That was 7 yrs ago and I'm very happy now but often people in these situations who are naturally nice or non judgemental aren't loving themselves enough and thus sacrifice too much. That's why I think if you just bring it back to you, like what do I need to be the best person I can be and be safe rather than trying to help or be patient with someone hurting you. There's only so much growth that occurs from the contrast before it's taking away from your connection to self and source.
Forgiveness is The Key to Heaven.

I heard that A Course in Miracles says that the ego can only judge. I don't know if ACIM says it exactly like that, but it makes sense! Because the ego sees only separation. And the trick is not to stop judging but instead to recognize the ego and nonjudgmentally observe. And going into the heart as you mentioned sounds like the correct approach for that.

Hitler did wrong and caused a lot of suffering. I disavow what he did, but if you read history there was a lot more going on by all the nations and Powers. A lot more evil than just his team. Thenb we made a deal with the devil in operation paperclip after the war.

Thank you so much, Aaron. This is exactly what i needed to hear. I've already shed judgments ive held onto so tightly from the people who have hurt me.
Of course they couldn't have done any different when they weren't connected to their hearts in those moments.
And i forgive myself for the ways i have held onto that hurt and blamed others as I felt so hard done by.
It feels harder to forgive others when I've been victimised so much for no wrong doing on my part.
But this is my path to walk and my conscience is only as clean as my capacity to forgive others, not just in my ability to say I've not done anything particularly bad to others. Holding onto anger and sadness is the real suffering.

That tight contraction feeling in judgement is simply the body in survival mode. Getting ready to fight or run. It's good to have occasionally. It hurts when we're in the constant state or too often.
The ability to remain calm is the ability to access real threat.

Profound podcast! Lots to contemplate on.❤ I know in traffic, i often let my body take over and it feels like automatic pilot. Like in Joe D'S " BECOMING SUPERNATURAL", he explains how our body becomes the mind.. And i feel almost like i'm in a war to survive the body, so i can become more enlightened in this life time. Like if i was peaceful and calm, it'd be early death, but i also try to not drive aggressively and follow intuition and slow down and stop traffic for pedestrians and bikes, etc. Once stopped for deer in winter and thought it was a miracle no one got hurt. It could have been tragic disaster for many, including the deer. Ive seen them running toward the road, then jump and turn in midair. I always pray while driving, even before. Mabey that's my guage of how I'm doing, and still have work to do. Loved this podcast! Peace snd light! ✌️💙🙏💜💕☮️💜 I still see Hilary as a light🎉

People do not realise... Forgiveness of 'others' is more for 'yourself' that it ever was for the 'other-self!!' We are 'one' beyond this dualistic illusion ☯️ so by forgiving another you ultimately aiding yourself. The most diffcult one to forgive is NOT others... It is forgiveness for 'self' that most have the hardest time with but (only) if your ego mind is getting in the way with unworthiness/guilt/shame.
The way to forgive self is EXACTLY the same way you forgive others...
In the knowing that we are ALL innately PERFECT and all that transpires here on 🌎 is a part of the simulation here as catalyst to activate the Inner Alchemist in you to learn how to transmute the darkness into light. 🌈 🕯 🌈

This has been my biggest obstacle. I guess I expect everyone to behave in a considerate way to others and I try to do the same. But if someone shows gross inconsideration or rudeness to me or anyone else I’m ready to lay the hammer of wrath down on them. I really have to keep this message close to my heart. I think it helps if you view eve as children who do not know better.

This message was soooooo good!! I am going to have to save it to go back and take more notes but it helped open my eyes even more than what I already thought I knew. I have always loved the song "I got the joy joy joy joy, down in my heart!" as a child....and now the lyrics make even more sense to me. I'VE GOT THE PEACE THAT PASSES UNDERSTANDING DOWN IN MY HEART. Wow! I am going to focus on truly forgiveness and not just using the words as "I forgive" but forgive with my heart and continue loving one another. As love is ONENESS.
