As sad as the whole situation is, its really interesting to see the stock PBM puts into Pegon and the way Pegon feels, says alot about how important they think Pegon can be for that team. Interested to see how it turns out for them, i think all in all its a really fun move,

This core has been through a few roster changes in the past three years. Im wondering if they ever question if one of them should maybe move. Though it seems that if they arent playing together, they would rather not play. Makes it rough for anyone joining this team i guess. Notice how many conversations about the "team" take place with the context of "us" but it's not actually involving everyone on the team. Dragons need to win worlds for me to be sold on this being such a dire and drastic roster change. IMO Pcat has been the only consistent player on the team, if this change doesnt shake things up The core 3 needs to split if they want to win. Jeff and Barra didnt last forever, neither will this dragons trio of Pcat, PBM and Fine. Overall I think the way the dragons play smite and their "style" is just inferior to the other top teams.
I agree. I think also the mentals are quite bad, as in they seem to not be really dedicated and just handle loss not very well. I don't see them winning worlds ever actually.

The two most consistent seem to have been PCat and Pegon imo. The Sam change doesn’t seem to be anything to do with consistency though so all of this is redundant

Team synergies are half of it or even more depending..... 1 guy can ruin a entire team. If you play smite u know this for a fact. If he isn't fitting the team synergy then he has to go, point blank. For instance, im a aggressive player and I can't play with passive people. I'm not afraid to dive for a kill. If I'm a Guardian setting up kills and all u want to do is hang back and farm. It's a no go for me... I will leave u and not return unless I'm rotaing with mid or jung to gank your lane. I get that being certain way is not problematic but can be if your not meshing with who your playing with. You ever get those games where jung camps you and all you want is out? Yeah that will throw off your synergy with the team aswell. It's hard to play well when teamed up on its definitely not fun if you don't how someone is playing.
There’s already been players that’ve left them that have said they’re incredibly toxic and egotistical. “Team chemistry” always seems to be the excuse they kick someone. If how many people are kicked for the same reason. Was it them? Or was it just toxic team leadership?

One of the years was probably comparably impressive to that all star epsilon team when they were the guys to beat with the only MAJOR* difference being that epsilon won worlds.

@@Odiousjimmy Based on what metric was sam better? It's not reflected in the stats anywhere.. He's rank 7/8 for kills and 6/8 on assists this phase in the jungle specifically.. Meaning only kyrmi from the valks has less kills than him. Which would be fine if he was playing set up gods and other people were getting kills but the assists dont reflect that either. I think Sam and PBM both have had underwhelming performances this split. I think the meta has a lot to do with it for both of them. But what mike says makes sense.. If 4 people want to play the game 1 way, and 1 person wants to play it a different way.. it makes more sense to cut the one.. and you have to do something. A team divided like this is never going to reach their full potential when they are split like this.
