Sorry about your mom. Don't worry about taking the time you need. I enjoyed the change of pace, and love that you found some good stuff! My favorite was the fragment of a dish, but it was cool to see you clean up the iron too.
I loved this, great curve/change up. I knew that was an iron as soon as you picked it up. I would enjoy seeing similar videos in the future. Great job as usual Scott, keep up the Great Work!!!!
I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. I loved watching this video. The iron was a great find! By chance, have you ever done a video on the wreck of the Duquesne Limited? My grandfather perished in the wreck and I know it happened in 1903 outside of Connellsville, PA.
Great Scott! The Brown cable may be a rear power connection for a flux capacitor; the large wire size to handle a quick jolt of 1.21 gigawatts of electricity.
@@adamgladfelter8762 they are called Cold Chisels. They come in lots of sizes from 1/4 inch and up with lengths of 8 inch to 6 feet in length. Told ya I understand work you do...LOL
Juniata River-eh? Well, I live in Juniata Co. (10mi from the river) and wonder what part of the river you were in? And you said it was right near where you live, which I'm clueless about, but very interesting story, thanks for sharing. 🙂
40°29'59"N 78°01'34"W there is a marker here i see from the railroad. across the river from the "old deer" switch in huntington yard. any idea what its significance would be ?

Now I want to get a metal detector and wade through yucky water to find old stuff. Thanks, Scott! Sorry for your loss.
I enjoyed it. Finding old stuff is always entertaining to me.
Car cable with black paint on it 😂😂😂
Aww. I love watching Aquachigger too!! He finds a ton of civil war stuff. An old sad iron!!! Nice find!!
That’s a iron for clothes 😂
I noticed how super low the river was the other day going over the bridge. Love what you found! Can't imagine what other treasures are in the river.
A boat anchor 😂😂😂
Have tried magnet fishing? Gives the ability to retrieve objects from deep river holes without get wet.
You got 2 dollars worth of scrap 😂😂
Now it’s worth 5 cents 😅😅😅

That cable is probably just a steel cable from a truck tailgate. My 95 Chevy had them.

That lead ring looks like a seal for a toilet
@@Pink-biscuit-media too small to be a Johnny ring.
I'm hoping that my LTE connection stays connected
No comment 😂😂
Imo I think it was burnt possibly in a barrel and dumped into the river for disposal.
Wonder who owned the iron
I was just watching Curse of oak island
There’s no treasure 😂😂
@@lesjones5684 i need to put this comment somewhere for when I find it. I am fighting that gold digger, oak island urge.
