That was great, thank you so much. I'llcheck for the update. What's that plant up there in the dark corner? Looks gorgeous. Well, they all do :) I live in berlin and I'm just starting to get lights and himidifiers and what not ;)
Why does the wood plank have to be inside the pot? Wouldn't it work just as well if the plank were outside the pot leaning against the wall. The plant could climb up the plank and you wouldn't have to worry about the wood rotting?
Yes you can have it outside of the pot and it works just as well! I have recently done this with my Philodendron Verrucosum, outside the pot works better with a flatter plank though ☺️ you can check out my Verrucosum video to see how I used a plank outside of the pot!
Wax to seal bottom of wood is good idea...my next year goal! I've had many rot and snap.
So far it had worked so well for me, helps to seal and keep moisture out the wood! Would definitely recommend! ☺️
You also get a silicone based solution to waterproof wood that you just need to paint over

I have got a one month update up already if you want to check it out! I will be filming an update for my neon Pothos in a few weeks as well! 😌
