This video helps loads now I know how to use power director except the only problem is that the free version leaves a watermark when you produce it should a buy a version if so which one in your opinion? If not what else. Thanks so much

This is no easy task for someone new to airsoft, new to filming airsoft, new to Adobe, and new to editing videos. With that being said, it is a very helpful and relevant video to this day, so thank you for this.
Are there any updated practices, tips or tricks, or videos that you'd recommend for those just starting today?
I have been meaning to make a detailed one alright. This is a more basic one but it gets people started which is the main thing and teaches the fundamentals of how to edit video.
When you are editing with 3 cameras do you line them all up and just use your hedcams audio and then split the screen in 3 so you can see what each camera looks like, or do you have each camera separated and you cut and drag it into place?
I use the audio form one camera the headlamp and I then line all three camera tracks under each other syned perfectly and I trim out the sections I want and show only one perspective at a time its all on one screen. You can tunr on and off what camera is shown at the side so you take the best one of the three and keep it. Its hard to explain.
@@FOXGREEN ok thanks. I have been trying to do that with my new footage since I am practicing for when I get my selfie cam. What I do is have the scopecam in a small box over the headcam footage but I don’t like this way. You said there is an option at the side to show which one is playing over them all where is that?

You can there is a microphone symbol on the left hand side click on thatbsnd you can recorde it over the video
yo how do I get a crosshair marker for my editing? I'm trying to do simple editing similar to this on imovie

Good evening, what an amazing video.
Do you have any idea why the powerdirector won't allow me to move the video across?
It is set to record in 1920x1080 30mbps (also tried 17mbps) but it always comes up saying " An error occurred when opening this media file in the media library.
It uploads the sound effect fine and also the scope image but won't allow me to upload any video's.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm that's strange hasn't happened me before make sure your aspect ratio is set to 16:9 it may be on 4:3 also wjat dos youbrecord the footage using that won't play? Wjat format is it? MP4 or something else?

I'm currently using the Runcam2 and it is set on 1920x1080 60FPS. 30Mbps.
How do you change it to 16:9? As you've suggested?

Hello, out of curiosity I'm planning to buy a GoPro, which one do you use?
Gopro hero four black I use they are brilliant and have much better sound quality than hero 5 or 6 and can still shoot in 4k resolution :)You may pick one up second hand like me.
I use the hero session because it's more compact and I prefer the 1080p resolution with the 60 fps for faster processing video then the 4k.
I use that camera as my selfie cam its great!

Marzik Gaming ya I use a lens protector for my cameras but not my scope as it is real steel and the glass is very thick it will not break from a bb :)
I just don't know where you get the time.. how long does it take to do a full 15 min video?
It takes a long time 9 hours or more you come up with tricks to get faster :)
Yea can take awhile if your adding voice overs, editing video quality, also combining multiple camera angles and of course deciding if your going to film 4k or 1080. 4k will definitely take longer to process as well as upload to youtube for example.
I had a video downloaded and processed to you tube and it took 12 hours for 15 plus minute video for 4k quality.
Santiago Javier ya I do all of those things but I have up on 4k 1080 is what I do now only on all cameras at 60 fps
I do the same 1080 with 60. It just take too long to upload and process 4k for measly few minutes. I would need a super computer and a super faster internet server to make it happen in 4k on a regular basis.

You need yo down load .png cross hairs if they aren't see through they arent .png files thats all keep look and overlaying until you find one that is 👍

I just searched hit marker sound in youtube and downloaded it as an MP3 using a youtube mp3 downloader I found on google 👍

No but its only 4 euro a month so very cheap and its very good 🙂 I use power director 365😁
how to find bb impact sound?
I recorded my own shooting a jacket in a hallway and use that 🙂

Use youtube mp3 downloader type in hit marker sound in youtube and then download that.

Mate I watched this and then downloaded the editing suite you use but it looks totally different from yours
They have updated the software now bit the same principals apply its not that different you still do the same action to edit with the files in it.
