great Vid! real fun material! the Pawn shop/Cafe Atmosphere of the place can be Cool for the young folks , the Chef uses water instead of oil for grilling which is healthy yet messy as the grill gets sticky all the time and leaves a burned food after taste during eating , the only recognisable dish was the Steak while the rest looked like they came from a Topper ware party! thanks!
place needs a proper scrub down, but knowing japanese people, they work 24/7 so there is no time to close up 1 or 2 days to get it done. but also, they are japanese people. they have a reputation for being clean. i wouldn't be surprised if he cleans the important stuff but leave all the "whatever" work for some day he closes for days.

It’s like saying pop stars shouldn’t put on a big show with glitz, glam, make up, lighting. They should just sing. Imagine how bland the world would be if we didn’t have different restaurants with their various personalities, logos and themes. However, you are completely entitled to your opinion and at the end of the day good for you. I just felt like sharing mine with you, I completely understand if you don’t like his/their style but I do.
