    Please how does the dropdown work? If I change months, does the whole sheet change too? I couldn't get that from your video.

      The dropdown only helps you view the current month; it won't make any changes to the sheet. You'll need to clear all the content manually. I have another video that shows you how to create a clear button for the sheet. Please check it out in my channel!

      So, if I want a tracker for each month and I don't want to clear my previous work, would you suggest creating a tracker for each month?

      @@favourefiok I think it's better for you to duplicate the sheet and rename it to track each month, then create a dashboard to summarize all the months. Creating everything in one tracker sheet would not be easy. 😅

    Hi may I know collum "goal" 6,5,5,5 refer to what?

      hey, This is the number of days per week I've set to achieve my goals. Eg I've set a goal to eat healthily five days per week. On weekends, I plan to eat whatever I like! 😊
