We probably won't bother with episode 11, seems like a lot of people have lost interest in Vietnam... But if you've just stumbled in here, catch up on the 10 episodes we did publish here: ua-cam.com/play/PLUDuSYCnVh-Q1hBonsCHrztCzgIMkbN8s.html
Been to Vietnam a couple of times, once to Ho Chi Min and once to Da Nang. Loved the buzz of HCM but really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere in Da Nang. The food is amazing but the people are the thing that makes the trips worthwhile.
I haven't even watched the video yet, came straight to the comments because I got so excited when you posted!!! Now I can't wait to watch the video LOL!
@@DanegerAndStacey Oh really! I think it has been one of your best series yet! I love these long series about 1 city. Am excited to visit now because you've showed us so many fun things to do and eat there!
See if mom and dad let me go to Vietnam since I’m gonna get all so much older In 2026 for 2026 this year or couple years I really want to go to Vietnam all by myself. I am not scared of nothing no kidnappers no nothing.
Fantastic, enjoyed your Vietnam videos!!! I am in the planning stage of going to Vietnam in 2025 and they all have given me so many ideas. I hope you change your mind about not putting out the 11th in the series. It will be informative to more than just me. Looking forward to what you put out next. 😊
You mentioned in the North the Pho was dry. That’s simply on option you ordered. They have the classic pho too, the broth is just slightly different than the south.
This was a killer series guys. We loved it. Vietnam was fun and memorable. I hope it was for you guys.We will keep going back. Hope you guys are doing ok? How is Nalu ? Keep us updated. The community needs to stay connected. Sending you much love❤❤❤ from Richmond, VA Harriet, Jiim and Yuki
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for tuning in for all the vids! We loved it too, such a fun adventure. We’re good thanks, exploring Japan right now 😍 hope you’re all doing well too!
Follow you guys' chanel a few years, very eye opening and chill experiences. Maybe you can try the neigbour country China, it's two hours flights to Guangzhou or Shanghai. Seems Kiwis don't need visas now for up to two weeks. Cheers.
Great video, thanks for sharing this VN adventure with us! Correction at 12:55…did you mean the Eiffel Tower and Statue of Liberty (not Empire State Building) were also designed by Eiffel same as the Post Office?
Was in post office last week, sending 4 tee shirts to England for my dad... cost $100... way more than cost of tops. So won't be doing that when back in saigon in April.
I love the quick Pho summary XD Also that's Post Office is a LOVELY building but I will agree it looks less a post office and more a shop LOL Also I'm one of those people who still sends postcards XD I've a few friends who we exchange travel postcards, christmas cards etc. and I can confirm, you will ABSOLUTELY beat your postcard home XD Now to go back and watch the vids you posted while I was on holiday haha
Yeah it was one day! We hustled a bit, too fast. I'd say 2-4 days would be good, make it 3 or 4 if you plan to do a tour like Cu Chi tunnels cos that's a full day. 2 days around the city will cover a good amount of time
Ho Chi Minh is largely expensive in my opinion if we compare it with other asian destinations which are much cheaper. A meal in a cafe can simply be anywhere around 6-8 dollars, which is not cheap if you belong to Asia But for Europeans, Americans etc., Ho Chi Minh is definitely a cheap destination
@@DanegerAndStacey I just saw you post the video. I used to always try to be 1st when I lived in Chiang Mai. Good to see you 2 are traveling again. I still need to come and visit New Zealand.
@vickimcmillan3705 people are rude and it's more spread out, if you're just hanging by the lake then that's fine but Hanoi in general sucks anywhere in the far north sucks I guess they learnt from their Chinese neighbours
I love that people prefer one city over another. They're so different. I definitely preferred Hanoi. I liked the old traditional feel and the architecture. HCMC was fine but I didn't like the increased number of cars or that it's more modern and the metropolis vibe.
Sorry but we have barely seen anything on your tour. If you are going to show us the country and your apparent journey then show us. You have given tiny pieces of your journey. Rubbish
Fair enough but I noticed you aren't showing anymore of the tour in another comment. Why do you think that is? I have watched you for a long time. But when you spend more time on intros than the content, just doesn't fulfil the viewer. Or me at least. But keep on keeping on. 😊
HCMC has become more expensive since COVID, the only "largish" City thats kept its price stable since the pandemic is Danang, arguably the biggest city to get bang for your buck in Vietnam today..

Please upload the 11th episode!!!
Please post episode 11! I am travelling there for three weeks from NZ. ❤
Agreed, please post ep 11! 👌🙏
Please upload 11! I've loved this series so much! 🎉🎉🎉

We hear ya - Da Nang actually had a great balance of being a city like HCM and Hanoi, but the beach too
I haven't even watched the video yet, came straight to the comments because I got so excited when you posted!!! Now I can't wait to watch the video LOL!
Oh yay 🙌🏼 We’re happy you’re still loving it - seems like less people are tuning in after so long but we understand. Enjoy!

Same! Vietnam wasn't even on my bucket list but after watching this series I might have to add it ❤
See if mom and dad let me go to Vietnam since I’m gonna get all so much older

We like the dry version for sure

Cool vid guys and great recovery after finding out the palace was closed 😅 Can I ask what camera you used in this vid?
Love all your videos. Living our best life's on your journeys. I hope you post the 11th one. Loving the fan.😊
Working on it! But will come a bit later I thinkb
That Sneeze! 😂😂 another great vid! Only 48 days until we go!
Will you stay at Sai Gon too
I've really loved your Vietnam adventure! Looking forward to your next travel adventure 😊
Thank you! 😃 Lots of amazing stuff to come
Is this the same one from Friday's upload?
Even though Vietnam is not high on my travel bucket list, I just love watching you guys travel. ☺️
I've only just discovered you guys. Loved the series on Vietnam.. This vid is the same as the one a couple of days ago...
Follow you guys' chanel a few years, very eye opening and chill experiences. Maybe you can try the neigbour country China, it's two hours flights to Guangzhou or Shanghai. Seems Kiwis don't need visas now for up to two weeks. Cheers.
We’d love to! We were ironically about to visit China to go to the Formula 1 the month Covid came out!
Great video, thanks for sharing this VN adventure with us!
Correction at 12:55…did you mean the Eiffel Tower and Statue of Liberty (not Empire State Building) were also designed by Eiffel same as the Post Office?
Hope you can also describe the food that you ate. Thanks
I dont think Gustaf Eiffel is the arkitekt behind Empire State Building
And neither of the post office. That’s a common mistake 😊
Was in post office last week, sending 4 tee shirts to England for my dad... cost $100... way more than cost of tops. So won't be doing that when back in saigon in April.
Ooooof that’s rough! Nice sentiment though
Good ❤❤❤
Thanks!

Did you do all this in Just 1 day? 🧐 I wonder how many days to spend in this City and maybe you can recommend? ☺️ many thanks!

If you got stubbies of beer at the food market, way cheaper only 20k VND each
Yup, definitely!
You need Stacey's dad to go on more adventures with you guys
We agree! Stay tuned, he may be coming along soon
Doug here court up with old mate at the coffee shop at queenstown Doug Australia thanks ❤
15:42 what is this place
The blue restaurant
FYI - the city is called Saigon, not Ho Chi Minh.
Saigon
✌🏼

Yup agree. It was pricey compared to lots of the places we visited
Almost first
I think it was only us, so you win!! 🏆

*Phở bò* ! 🥗🍜
Advertising block 😂 Plenty of tiny stores .
Haha 😂
:)
👏 for trying to pronounce Pho and Thank you properly 😊
No problem 😊
Saigon is infinitely better than Hanoi, the people much friendlier.... HOWEVER.... some places are just ridiculously expensive for no reason
I guess it depends on your preference.. after many trips to Vietnam , Hà Nội is definitely my fav

Huh?

Best you just leave if you’re not enjoying, why be a dick? This isn’t a documentary on Vietnam, we’re not forcing you to watch
