Saw a card game in Saigon called "Vietnamese Traffic" As you know the traffic signs and road rules are only advisory in Vietnam. I think I will wait for the video game to come out. The booth is for private phone call xD They used to have a phone in them. Back in the day people don't have a phone of their own. They have to come to the post office to use public phone to call anyone. The way it work is you send them a mail to set the time and date, then you come to a post office to make a call, they come to another post office to pick up. :))
