Set 1: till failure (90lbs Warm up)
Set 2: 8 reps (120lbs)
Set 3: 6 reps (135lbs)

I LOVE this mic’d up video!!! Keep em coming..What do you think about Rowing machines? Do you think its both cardio and strength? Or just cardio? I have a water resistance one that I use 3-5 days a week 20-30 minutes each session. Im toning up but loosing my cakes😂😂😂.. Im not a gym person(too shy) I have weights at home .What weighted exercise do you recommend to build up the glutey cakes?

Thank you! And I would say use the smith machine. Walk your feet further out in front of you and shoulder width apart, instead of under you like you would for a regular squat. This will really hit those quads. I hope that makes sense.

I always love your videos! But one tip for u love from a girl also battling pcos and acne.....YOU MUST WASH YOUR FACE EVERY AM BEFORE GYM!!I know it can feel like you're just wasting product but you're not. The morning is the most important time to wash face for ppl with acne because our skin proliferates (cells turning over, old ones dying off new cells forming) and our skin does thus at night. So when you wake up you have skin cells you need to exfoliate or wash off. If you don't do thus and then go to workout and sweat... now sweat and sebum is mixing with proliferated skin cells. Basically a combo for a pimple. It's definitely worth it washing your face and doing your routine BEFORE the gym and AFTER. ❤

Thank you! And I maintain my core through weight lifting. Every single exercise I do, no matter what body part I am working, my core is engaged. Of course you can do dedicated core exercises to make it stronger. But if you are properly engaging them while you lift (which you should be), you will be just fine.

How many KGs is your kettlebell dear?
How often do you work quads and how often do you work glutes? I started just having a leg and glute day together and I do it twice a week. I do upper body twice a week and cardio and ABs once . So 5 days a week mon-fri. We will see how long this last cuz I feel like I change like every 3 mos
My weeks look very much like yours. I have hamstrings and glutes, back and biceps, shoulders and abs, quads and glutes. So I’m going to the gym 4 days per week, and my 5th workout is walking a trail near my place for about 1.5hrs

I'm just starting out is there a particular area you start with first or break it down in muscle groups. Im trying to lose weight so i wanna concentrate on my stomach thighs and arms
So as a beginner I would say you want 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days. You don’t have to get super specific when it comes to every muscle group. Find 4 exercises that you want to do each day, and do those same exact workouts every week. So your 4 workouts will be different, but your weeks should be the same at least for a month. But I do the same workouts over and over. Repetition is key.
