Goddess above that line " Then the cops come and moves you along" hits a nerve in my soul. I remember that happening day to day when i on the streets. We were treated like robots
As a long-term unemployed, these song's words touched me immensely: "Well, I ain't see work for a while, I know, but I feel so guilty walking by ..." If I hadn't been lucky enough to have someone who helps me, I would be in the same position as a homeless person today.
Just a look around any city centre in the U.K., is enough to bring this song to life....so poignant! Soulful singing Andrew, great sound Bob, such talent! Keep writing, we still have much to learn!
Heartbreaking when the community we live in will only help so much. We have some amazing secret angels in our community and an incredible woman that tries to do everything she can to help everyone and God Bless her we need more caring and loving people like her. This song pulls at my heartstrings because it's such a reality and there's no easy fix I wish there was. They get booted from there little spot they call home just because people don't want to see it the same people need to open their eyes and help. Beautifully written and vocalized 💜🩵
Hello Andrew, I live in Rhode Island and am part of a Coalition For the Unhoused. We are putting together a video that would include different stories of people that are experiencing homelessness. I wanted to use your song and UA-cam video as the beginning and ending and wanted to get your permission.

Thank you so much. Feel so grateful to have a roof over MY head. Will continue to write songs about things that move me for as long as I can. Cheers!

May the sky not fall on our heads, as Asterix says.
Damn politicians, those who are not good for politicians.
@@getexis8685 Ain't that a fact! Cheers to you, Andy
