This can be big problem with the 20s. The tension is too low on the nose gear and a bolt needs to be tighter. In the mean time hold the nose off a little longer to help slow down and keep weight off the nose wheel. Touching down too fast will cause this.
Holding the stick back until you get slower helps, it'll keep some weight off the wheel and make it less prone to shake the dash apart.

happened to me the other day but violently. i knew to hold the nose off as long as possible and it still happened.
