Great video and very informative. I will still disagree with the last point Arpit made. Calorie in Vs Calorie Out is always the main criteria for fat loss. When you say balanced meal, it varies from person to person. What is a balanced meal for one, may not be the balanced meal for another person. A balanced meal for one could very well end up being a high calorie meal for another person and in that instance, you aren't going to see any kind of fatloss. Calorie has to be taken into consideration in that case. Base concept for fatloss is always Caloric deficit. There is no counter argument for it.

A major concern for people who want to lose weight is time also. To get to the point where the body shifts from insulin to glucagon requires that you deplete glucose. For similar deficit you’d need much more time if you’re only working on abdominals. A person with sedentary lifestyle who can commit two hours of his time daily can benefit much more if he works on larger muscle groups. 🤷🏾♂️

Logo ko lagta hai ke wo 6 gm protein per egg le rahe hain, lekin aapko ye samjhana chahiye ke kaunse eggs mein pura protein hota hai. Main bhi subah local shop se eggs leta hoon, lekin mujhe bhi doubt hai ke in eggs mein pura protein nahi hota jo ek egg mein hona chahiye.

You have to train your muscles to grow, you have to break your muscles fibres by lifting and all only then whey protein will repair your muscles fibres and they will grow
Just one point I disagree with Arpit Mangal here. Calories In & Calories Out do matter. You can eat whole food balanced meal but if your intake calories is more than you are burning in the day then you will gain weight and fat. And if you are eating less than you will loose weight and fat irrespective of where the calories come from.
