At 10:45 an example is given where a “small” existing SFR is converted to a DADU so the a new SFR w an AADU can be built. DADUs are limited to 1000 sqft (as well as AADUs). The example shown depicts an existing SFR over 2300 sqft that’s converted to a DADU. How was that possible or was it just a inaccurate picture? Thank you.

I believe the square footage listed is of the entire condo unit, which would include all the land the building is on
Does the buyer own the lot/land of that unit too? or just the building..
