      @@sldorse42 it’s all about working it around your own schedule, the videos will just give an idea how I laid it all out and set days for different runs

    Great video man! Would you be open to posting your running schedule so we could see how you structured it? Would love to try and mimic it for my sub 3 hour plan for next year! Awesome work

      Thanks! You wouldn’t need to run as much as I did for sub-3 but I did training videos on my channel broken down by each day, that explain why I’m doing each run as well so that might help you! But I’d say to structure it around what days work for you best for different sessions so you always hit the important ones
