@@Coltrieversandcooking ....NO NORMAL INDIVIDUAL TRUSTS THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY ANYMORE,....THEY ARE HIVE MINDED AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTION FROM WOKE GOVERNMENTS. THEY ARE NOW THE UNHOLY.
That was fascinating! Does Dr Seheult have any data confirming the need (or otherwise) for a second Covid booster this Autumn in all adults over-50 where the individual has already had three previous vaccinations and is in general good health, given the reported high amount of immune escape and that Omicron is less severe than its predecessors. There is also the ongoing discussion that too many boosters can disrupt the effectiveness of the innate immune system.
Thank you for going through this study. I question two things about this study. 1. Why did they only use IVM for 3 days but went for 14 days with metformin and fluvoxamine? Surely that makes any comparisons difficult. 2. Why not separate the vaccinated and unvaccinated groups. Surely we need data on that (unless it’s somewhere in the study)
I believe that they did control for vaccination. About 52% of the patients were vaccinated. Also remember that ivermectin has a very long half-life of over 18 hours. This is in distinction to the other two medication‘s which are dosed twice daily.
I’m not sure if that justifies 14 days vs an extremely short 3 days. Even with an 18 hour half life the drug would be gone from the body a day and a half after the final does and would be at sub-clinical levels at day 4. The other drugs had 10 more days to work. Given the high risk nature of this cohort (eg obese) comparing IVM for 3 or 4 days may have done this drug a great injustice and raises credibility issues in my mind. It was also strange that there wasn’t even a justification or rationale in this paper for the overt difference in time frame for IVM versus the other drugs. In addition, Given none of the drugs had serious adverse events I have no idea why they stopped one of them so early. It’s a scooby doo mystery ???@@Medcram
And all groups being 50% vaccinated or so is not really the same as comparing vaccinated to not vaccinated. It would have taken the researchers like an hour maybe to compare vaccinated to unvaccinated since they had designated who was and wasn’t vaccinated. When is an outcome shown from data stratification causal and when is it due to Simpson’s paradox? The only way to know is to consider all data strata confidence intervals.
Unbelievable that the American Frontier Doctors gave out ivermectin and fluvoxamine in the very beginning of the pandemic and were laughed at. I am so grateful for those doctors as well as the FLCCC doctors who went against the mainstream and helped so many people through this virus.
Perhaps I missed the details of how early IVM was administered in this study. IVM is only efficacious during the replication phase of infection. Therefore it should be administered ASAP at the onset of symptoms, and continued until the symptoms subside. The dosage recommended by the FLCCC is the same as that which has proven to be safe and effective for IVM in application to the conditions for which it is an approved drug. For these reasons, I do not take this study seriously. The design of the study deliberately and intentionally constrained the dose, the duration, and fails to address the timing of the use of IVM. I find it curious and disingenuous that there are so many studies of IVM that get stupid with the timing, the dosage, and the duration; when they get it spot on with Remdesivir, but consistently fail to apply the same rigor to the timing, dosage, and duration with IVM. One cannot discount the profit motivation in this disparity. IVM is a very inexpensive generic drug, while Remdesivir is a phenomenally expensive novel drug. Both require early application. Both require application until symptoms subside. Both have established and proven safe dosage levels. But the studies all get it right with Remdesivir, and they all get it profoundly WRONG with IVM. Coincidence? NO!
I agree, IVM should have been used on the very first few days of symptoms to be effective and show a substantial difference. Waiting until day 3-7 and then trying it for several days is almost too late!
They changed the primary endpoint of the Redemsvir study midway to make the outcomes look good or acceptable for approval. Redemsvir is a failed Ebola drug, it's very hard on your kidney, killed more people (50%) compared to the other drugs (35%) in the Ebola trial.
I think you guys are confusing IVM with Quer, Quercetin DOES need to be given at the onset of Covid, whereas IVM can be used BEFORE DURING and AFTER the virus and while the effectiveness varies slightly it’s still pretty high at any stage.
@@lindagerhard6522 the studies aren't there to show ivm to be effective so of course they aren't introducing them early enough. probably worth a deep dive into who is really funding these studies. what grants are on the line if the 'wrong' results are found. call me cynical but when you are talking about 10s of billions of $ we know big pharma and others will stop at nothing to denigrate any cheap alternative to their drugs. this is not new.
Being a doctor involved in the early treatment and watching what other early treatment doctors do and protocols have been around now for a couple of years. It is concerning that they only use ivermectin for three days. Also whenever you start talking about the in vitro study from Australia and how you can’t get those concentrations in human. I know immediately that your purpose is to make ivermectin look bad. There are at least 60 Studies done since then. 30 randomized controlled trials. And there are two large meta-analysis . they show up very strong signal for ivermectin. Why would you only use it for three days? I don’t know any protocols it include met Forman. The fluvoxamine seems like it always works but yes poorly tolerated. Why did they use the half dose here? All the early treatment protocols now include .4 to 0.6 mg per kilogram of ivermectin, but also include vitamin DC zinc melatonin and aspirin. Also they usually include Pepcid 40 mg and 8 4 to 8 mg BID and prednisone or budesonide inhaler. Only studies negative for ivermectin make it in the major journals. By hook or by crook. Entire states in India with 240 million people had immediate strong result of ivermectin with sharp decrease hospitalization, death, oxygen use. as did all of Mexico City and a city in Brazil as well. Maybe talk about that
Doctor, you need an update, India stopped using IVM in September 2021 The negative studies are published in big journals because they are correctly conducted randomized trials unlike the studies that showed positive results. Mexico has one of the highest excess death rates and Brazil was a disaster in terms of deaths. Scary to have a doctor that evaluates studies as good as long as they are not in major (that is more strict) journals.
I don’t agree. In fact I’ve read many respectable medical professionals and scientists who say otherwise. And an article by Justin R Hope MD in The Desert Review, discusses how India used IVM with amazing results and it wasn’t until Dr Campbell “exposed” what was in the home kits they passed out, that they were basically forced to retract/black-out/denounce the truth. Who ever is pulling the strings is powerful enough to smother those who speak the truth, be it a doctor, scientist, or government. Especially a government dependent on assistance from said group. As for Brazil, the information I read was clearly a smear/cover-up campaign. I have used Ivermection for over 35 years on my animals, I have accidentally given a whole tube which is for a 1250 lb horse, to a 400 lb filly, and had 0 adverse effects. I have used it on my dogs, and done the same with them, with 0 adverse effects. I say, that Brasíl’s media /medical service/government has been compromised. Sorry, I KNOW Ivermection works, and you saying otherwise doesn’t change the truth.
@@mrs.c5471 Dessert review? Anyone can say anything but the only way to assess the efficacy of a drug is a study. Upper case in KNOW does not not prove anything. And that there is someone so bad somewhere is just a ridiculous belief. No India doesn't use it anymore, they released a statement about the inefficacy and developed their own vaccines. If you want something without side effects you can use bottled water to treat cancer and see the results.
66 year old diabetic here. At the end of 2021, my vitamin D levels were greater than 50 thanks to information I learned online. Started the FLCCC protocol the day after I tested Covid positive, which was 1 day after symptoms began (I strongly suspected infection from my vaccinated son who attended a New Years Eve party on Dec. 31, 2021). I hit the ski slopes seven days later.
80 year old here. I tested positive, took Tylenol and seven days later was back riding my bike. I ride 25-50 miles 3 times/week. So, what's your point?
The FLCCC recommends Ivermectin: 0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg - one dose daily for at least 5 days or until symptoms resolve. Not 300 micrograms per kg for 5 days...they purposefully used a lower dose to get results that would show little or no benefit.
My cocktail, was ivermectin for 10 days, monoclonal antibody treatment the day after I was diagnosed prednisone, vitamin D, quercitin, vitamin c, nac. I didn’t start treatment until day 4 as I was just a bit sore and didn’t think I had it. Thank god for the FLCCC and their treatment protocols, follow them and you will live.
How did you determine the protocol you took with those treatments worked and not your own bodies ability to clear the virus and neutralize the symptoms?
Just remember that NAC is antagonistic to IVM. So if you want to take IVM, then pause taking NAC a couple of days before, and a couple of days after, then resume taking NAC. #score
Very happy to see you mentioning the FLCCC protocol in a neutral to positive manner. Some of your previous videos felt very dismissive of their approach.

What I practically gave was IVM 12 mg+Colchicine 1 mg and controlled inflammatory markers. None of my patients needed hospitalization. I had patients of all ages and associated pathologies. In some patients I needed to give corticosteroids and I received best results with prednisone rather than with dexametasone. I did not make a clinical study, it was no time for that, but I had 1-2 COVID patients every day in the epidemic periods. I gave Zn, Quercetine, NAC. Depending on D-dymers I gave NOAC’s if needed. I used also Nigela Sativa in some patients.
Yes we were both doing everything we possibly could without harming patients to get the best outcomes without any randomized controlled trials. I totally get it.
Do you see a difference in IVM, etc., treatment efficacy for delta vs omicron? I used 60 mg IVM first day and tapered over 7 days for omicron infection - no negative side effects noted. Hard to know if there was a benefit or not. I wanted to stay in bed for first two days and then gradually improved. Mild fever followed by minor sore throat after about 4 days. I used 0.5 mg colchecine 2x daily for a few days at the back end of treatment. My vit D level is around 60 ng/mL and also used vit C and iodine nasal spray.
@@Medcram Very low risk to use these medicines. Considered very safe. Very harmful to let patients otherwise suffer. Really don’t get the logic. They won’t due to big pharma politics.
Not sure why IVM was only 3 days. Every recommendation I’ve seen for IVM is a 5 day course. Studies regarding IVM always seem to be outside the normal recommended course of treatment for either amount or duration. This always gives me pause, I’d like to see some comment from you on that. Thank you.
Advocates of IVM have authored studies with different doses (including one day) and different timelines, all showing "positive results" It is time for FLCCC to do their own study and stop criticizing other studies because they do not fit their ever changing protocol. Money can now be invested in more promising approaches.

But the stark contrast between how they changed the endpoint midway in the Redemsvir trial vs the horse campaign against IVM was an eye opener. They pulled all the stops to push a failed Ebola drug with a high toxicity profile, but smeared a nobel prize winning drug with virtually no side effects convinced me that IVM is over the target. Flccc never claim ivm has 100% efficacy, not even as prophylaxis supported by solid RCTs. And yes, we are well aware the flccc protocol is most effective as a prophylaxis or early treatment. I did my own study too. In March and February of this year after 14 days in special Covid treatment unit of the Alaska regional Hospital here in Wasilla, Alaska my dear my lady was damn near dead. Then she went to ICU while intubated for three days or more. She could see visitors after 17 days. Her doctor told her grown son to expect the worst. I visited her for three days straight and realized she was not coming home. I was given a tube of ivermectin two weeks earlier. It was on my counter at home. I got chills running through me when I was instructed from a higher power to get that ivermectin into my lady’s body. I visited her at 11am and took a spoon into her bathroom away from the cameras and the surveillance and squeezed 1/2 gram out then did the same thing 6 hours later. And then once a day for four more days. After the first day, my lady came alive right in front of all those bastards who thought they were saving her life. She had blood clots had to learn to walk all over again she’s spent another week there and then was transferred to a assisted living home with a catheter hanging out of her for five more weeks. But God sent me in there to save her life. Then we followed up with two ozone treatments from a naturopath and now she is doing great. Thank you God! And ivermectin, and thank you God for instructing me to stop listening to the news. I am Chiropractic physician.

She stabilized in 24 hours and extubated in 3.5 days. I have the medical records. Thankfully for my mom, it worked. For everyone else, it was horse medicine...
That was very bad what the MSM did; calling the essential medicine Ivermectin a horse dewormer. The MSM has been criminal in its reporting on nearly everything the past 6 years. And for the fake news grand finally, one of the publications that bashed Joe Rogan for talking positively about his experience with Ivermectin when he got Covid, the publication did nearly the unspeakable. When the Supreme Court ruled abortion to not be a Constitutional Rights issue, and said states can make their own guidelines, that publication said there was a horse ulcer medicine that will cause a miscarriage, gave the name of this medicine as the other name Ivermectin is called, and said they can get it from a veterinarian. I'm guessing Ivermectin is by law not to be prescribed by doctors as an abortion pill, but your friendly local dog doctor can hook ya up with some. I'm horrified by knowing that these news outlets will not voice for Ivermectin being properly prescribed by a doctor to save a human life, but then tout it for taking a tiny human life, and to bypass getting it from your doctor and all but buy it off the streets. I swear America has become upside down and inside out. We are being lied to and cheated constantly by our leaders, authorities, and information sources, all to such a degree that it would appear they want us regular citizens to hurry up and die.
Thank God for ivm. My friend's mother in law had mild symptoms of the covid virus they brought her to the hospital just to make sure she will have the best care. Hospital gave her 1st dise of remdesivir, the 96 year old started hallucinating. Then the 2nd dose, she died. After spending so much she ended up dead. Very very sad and bad. How they regret bringing her to the hospital.
Glad to hear about Ivermectin again as I had thought it disappeared completely. I came down with the virus, got it from a patient along with 2 other nurses on the case, in January 2021. I took Ivermectin, Dexamethasone, a Z pack, Baby ASA, Quercetin, Vit C, and Vit D3 [edited to add: and zinc.] I started developing a deep rumbling cough but it never worsened and started going away. I was left with a lot of exhaustion afterwards which may be completely the fault of dexamethasone keeping me awake for 6 nights.
Why the short duration of Ivermectin? FLCCC says five days of dosing or more if needed. Every damn time they do a study that includes Ivermedtin they refuse to dose for 5 days. What the hell?
The three day dosage of Ivermectin was to ensure it didn't have success. That easily confirms the "horse" medicine's efficacy. Had it been allowed use, in place of the "vaccines", many many would still be alive
ivermectin can cause tremors and seizures in those prone to it. not sure if that has ANYTHING to do with the treatment schedule but maybe due to having epilepsy and a severe brain injury and imagine taking precautions due to millions of people having those exact issues and not being self aware that they need to be careful of it. As one possibility.
@@Just.The.Next.Step. Aren't those "prone" to tremors and seizures, prone to tremors and seizures? Why attach Ivermectin to its cause or trigger? Literally billions of doses of Ivermectin have been prescribed and consumed, without known damage. In fact, my family used ivermectin to treat covid on four occasions. Successfully. One should be careful with all medications. So we agree on that.
I self medicated myself after studying about IVM and used the recommended dosage for my weight for 7 days. After 1 day I already had no symptoms anymore but a slimy nose/airway. I enjoyed the week in isolation by catching up on shows to watch and books to read.

Sorry to see this study did not really test the FLCCC IVM protocol, being sure to include zinc & vitamins C&D, etc. in the proper levels and combo w/ early onset. Seems like a wasted (at best) study on IVM here, in this case, given that it wasn't done this way.
and also, critically, they did not specify to take ivermectin with an oily meal. Instead they told patients to take it on an empty stomach with a glass of water. This is a guarantee that ivermectin was not even taken up into the body, but passed straight through the gut. Very poor study design, and poor reviewing and editing by NEJM.
The dose of ivermectin being recommended by Pierre Cory is .4-.6 mg/kg, so in the same ballpark, but for a time of 5 days minimum. Also, starting treatment at 2-3 days vs. 7 is likely beneficial.

The study conclusions are not valid because ivermectin must be taken with oily meal. It is very hydrophobic and cannot be taken up without oily droplets in the gut. The FLCCC guidelines are quite explicit. The study protocol advised patients to take it on an empty stomach with a glass of water. The conclusions are simply not justified, and the reviewers and editors at NEJM need to be more thorough. I also take quercetin, zinc and NAC evenings on an empty stomach, and ivermectin prophylacatically once per week with an oily meal. I've not yet had covid (to my knowledge).
All protocols that have been published for IVM for C19 prophylaxis or treatment also require zinc supplemention since IVM is a zinc ionophore, that is one of its mechanisms of action. In this study and also in MedCram's comments, zinc appears to have been ignored.
If IVM were made available OTC, we probably wouldn't need anything but Ivermectin. Including Dr.'s & hospitals. We could treat ourselves much earlier. Even 24 hrs is critical.
I’m assuming you mean that we wouldn’t need hospitals for Covid not hospitals in general. I can tell you that I personally have taken care of patients on the ventilator who were on ivermectin prior to coming into the hospital and getting intubated. One thing that a lot of people don’t understand is the variety and distribution of health outcomes in a large population. Another thing they don’t realize is the difference between what happens on a petri dish and what happens in a human body. A human body is far more complicated. I can culture an infection from a patient on a petri dish and show that five out of 10 antibiotics kill the bacteria. It’s quite another thing to use any one of those five in the patient and get a positive outcome because of 101 other factors that are in play in that patient.

A good number of obese people are insulin resistant and/or pre-diabetic. I wonder if the metformin was having a glucose regulatory role. BTW I never prescribe fluvoxamine (for depression or pain assistance). It is very far from user-friendly. (An Australian doctor)
I had not heard of it and had to look it up. An SSRI, eh? A week into Prozac (another SSRI) I developed double vision bad enough that I couldn't drive at night for months - taillights turned into a flat sea of red lights - and I became impulsive (very much the opposite of my normal self.) I stopped it after the first week.
Great video. Thanks. My doctor told me that neither ivermectin nor hydroxychloroquine would be effective without zinc. When the History of the 2020-2022 COVID-19 Pandemic is written in a few years, I hope the book will try to ascertain why different people around the world got (in some cases) dramatically different results. For example, studies of antivirals given in hospital (after the viral stage is already over) can be dismissed out of hand as being irrelevant. I was glad this study addressed early use. However, if zinc is key to the success of these antivirals, we need to see trials based on dosing antivirals+zinc together.
Also bear mind there is enormous pressure to prove that ivm doesn't work which leads to all sorts of tricks and frauds. We saw this with the hcq studies too where lethal doses were given in some trials! That's when I lost my faith in major journals, hospitals and universities. They're all corrupted.
Husband and I got omicron at a convention super spreader event. Woke up with limbs that felt like lead weights. Had packed covid tests and IVM. Took 36mg and felt better before nightfall. Husband started on Paxlovid next day. He had small headache for 4-5 days. I had sniffles for 5 days. Took IVM for 5 days. Convention friends who also got sick and didn’t take either drug had fever, head and body aches for days. I felt fine on day 2. Ivermectin works!
I would like to suggest the use of 5-HTP in lieu of Fluvoxamine as an adjunctive treatment for Covid-19. 5-HTP is much safer (even at higher dosage), is available without need of prescription, can be purchased from most health supplement outlets, and is inexpensive. 5-HTP may work even better than Fluvoxamine as in addition to being an SSRI, 5-HTP is also a precursor for the body's Serotonin production.
It is the anti inflammatory property of fluvoxamine that makes it efficacious against covid or other conditions that are caused by inflammation. For example sinus congestion from allergies or colds are quickly alleviated with 25 to 50 mg of fluvoxamine

Now, no one is allowed antibodies anymore, closed the centers down.
It’s my understanding that the Ivermectin proponents recommend at least 600 µg per kilogram. That’s higher than for parasites, but still tolerated. More importantly, similar to other antivirals, such as Tamiflu for influenza, start within 48 hours of the first symptom for five days.
@@catherinemothersill4703 When infected, the I-Care protocol dose is: "Ivermectin: 0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg - one dose daily for at least 5 days or until symptoms resolve."
This ist the 4th study I know of where Ivermection was used in a rather low dosage and only for 3 days. All successfull studies took higher dosages and for much longer. Why 4 times the same low dosage. Why not try to learn something new. Because the expected result is what the study was supposed to show right from the beginning?
That would have been difficult considering the timespan of the study, the deployment of the vaccines and the change in variants, with the small number in the study.
The study design is flawed because ivermectin must be taken with an oily meal, but patients were advised to take it on empty stomach with a glass of water. Under those conditions it will pass straight through the gut without being absorbed by the body, because it is very hydrophobic. The conclusions are invalid regarding ivermectin.

Unfortunately, the presentation and the publication overlook that ivermectin is extremely hydrophobic, and must be taken with an oily meal for uptake out ouf the gut. Otherwise it just goes straight through and is excreted in the faeces. (see FLCCC recommendations). This study administered ivermectin on an empty stomach with a glass of water, which is totally invalid. The hallmark of severe disease with COVID-19 is inflammation. My understanding of how ivermectin should be used to treat covid is as a prophylaxis or upon initial onset of symptoms. Three or more days into infection is late for effective treatment of covid using any medicine. After three days the damage is done and the body has already begun to kill the virus.

It would be nice to know if zinc, and vitamin D was included with the Ivermectin. I've heard that zinc was a necessary addition for the effectiveness of ivermectin. Glad you mentioned Nigella Sativa! Since I heard how interesting it is, I've added it to a lot of my cooking.
Zinc is necessary for hydroxychloroquine which is an ionophore (helps cell bodies to absorbe zinc ions). The cell requires zinc, to interfear with viral replication. I found it odd that the trials started at day 3 which I would expect to be too late for ivermectin, because, as I understand it, by day 3 your immune system has got on the case, and is mopping up the damage - ivermectin in theory helps by slowing viral replication while your immune system gets up to speed, so less damage is done before your immune system is in full swing.
Hope this is a useful analogy: think of c-19 as a cold sore. Get on it at the first indication with everything in your arsenal to halt viral replication. (Valcyclovir etc) Wait a few days to act? You know the outcome.

Excellent video could you do a follow up video for long covid and the efficacy of any of the drugs mentioned for long COVID. As many of the drugs the FLCCC recommend for Long Covid are the same for active Covid.
There are two traces regarding IVM that I rarely see discussed. 1. complex treating protocols. I hear of studies that check IVM alone or combined with only one other drug. But what the virus does, in terms of making copies, and creating damage both, is extremely complex. There may be protocols that achieve improvement when they include such a drug. 2. Coming from reports in the Japan Times on Delta disappearing in Japan due to irregular mutations, and they had a hypothesis that there is a genetic trait in Japanese people that attacks the nsp14 protein, I was giving attention to nsp14. There are in silico studies that found out that iVM has a very strong binding affinity to nsp14. They were all searching for the other effect with 3CLpro which had shown in this same table a binding affinity that was strong (they had the binding energy values negative based on its definition) but a little bit less than nsp14. No one seems to have looked into the nsp14 effect. It means the virus cannot error-check its own copies. I think this might be a herd effect, and can multiply its ability from one person to the next, when everyone takes IVM as in some regions is happening. I never heard about herd effect studies on Covid-19. It might be important, because after so many attempts we are still not getting rid of that bug.
"we are still not getting rid of that bug." Covid is here to stay. It is virtually impossible to eradicate a virus that lives in animal reservoirs. It is inconsequential, except to the Chinese government, which continues to obsess over it.

There is also the ongoing discussion that too many boosters can disrupt the effectiveness of the innate immune system.
Very convinient that Kary Mullis died just a few month's before the pandemic, were they afraid he would talk so they had to get rid of him
Thank you for going through this study.
Oops typo ‘dose’ not ‘does’

I don’t know any protocols it include met Forman. The fluvoxamine seems like it always works but yes poorly tolerated. Why did they use the half dose here?

Exactly! Thank you very much doc.

Thank you for your reply Doctor. It confirms what many doctors experienced here in the US.
You better watch out. This study and this doctor who runs this youtube channel don't want to hear that IVM works.

My wife is diabetic, when her symptoms got worse I got some Ivermectin from a friend and within 6hrs she was improving. The last time she was sick like this I had to take her to the ER, but that wasn't covid. I know only covid is dangerous. It was horse Ivermectin, but my friend grew up on a farm and has been taking it in this form since child hood with no problems. you just have pay attention to the dose. some is good, more is not better, though likely not dangerous unless you go crazy stupid in order to get your 15 minutes of fame. ie so and so is famous for dying from Ivermectin which is nearly as hard to OD on as water.
I still believe IVM works for a subset of Covid patients which may not show up on RCT since they don’t know how to determine who it works for.
That's true. It has a wide safety margin unlike paracetamol, aspirin etc.
My mother was sick with fever at 40.5 degrees and after a 12mg stat dose she was up that afternoon. N0 86y.o gets up after 6hrs being that sick. Yes she recovered but had a 7 day course followed by a daily maintenance dose for another week.

At time stamp 19:16 , we see Ivermectin (IVM) recommend for at least 5 days, and up to 7 days if symptoms persist.
But this trial used IVM for a mere 3 days, wile everything else is used for 14days (see time stamp 5:00 ).
Thanks anyway.
Ivermectin work's along with doxycycline & zinc....it worked on me 2 times .
That’s what matters
I remember "back in the day" when mentioning Ivermectin would get a channel banned.
Good balanced presentation of the data and review of FLCCC protocol.
Yes, so glad we can say there are cheaper alternatives to ivermectin and all the scams. Thanks for bring it up!
The blood levels of ivermectin would have been effectively zero, which explains why there was no effect.
How early on the infection was this started
As earliest is paramount.
And how much are you getting out of it?
The hallmark of severe disease with COVID-19 is inflammation. Obesity and diabetes increase risk for severe disease because they are indications that the patient is already in a pro-inflammatory state. Any medication that reduces this baseline level of inflammation would be beneficial as suggested with the patient with a parasitic co-infection.

why did they only use EVM for three days and the others were done for 14 days????? A bias against IVM
Very clarifying; thank you!
Didn't Tennessee make it legal to obtain the drug over the counter?
In The Netherlands, if you as a doctor prescribe Ivermectine to patients lower the chances of severe illness, your practicing license will be reviked by health inspection
My personal experience is Ivermectin cut my symptoms duration in half from friends that did not take Ivermectin.
Is Ivermectin /Fluvoxamine recommended for long covid as well?
Ivermectin is, not sure about Fluvoxamine...
@@G.Man- fluvoxamine is being used by flccc for long Covid and vax injuries.
yes by FLCCC
No, ivermectin shown not to have an impact based on the study.
I'm not v. Got the C a few months back. I was on 2k iu Vit D3, zinc, quercetin, nac etc. Took ivm and fluvox it clear after days. Could be the meds or the terrain.
PS Medcram is the best!
My understanding of how ivermectin should be used to treat covid is as a prophylaxis or upon initial onset of symptoms. Three or more days into infection is late for effective treatment of covid using any medicine. After three days the damage is done and the body has already begun to kill the virus.
Iver. Worked for me as a prophylactic since April 2020. I am obese with autoimmune problems and allergy was ospitalized from a previous not covid vaccine reaction. My doctor prescribed it for me. My double vaccinated husband got it in may 2022 and his triple vax sister when we visited her. They both got sick. I slept in the same bed with him positive for eleven days and did not get it until the eleventh day testing daily. and rode eleven hours in a closed car with him there and back. I got a headache. He got fever and sick. Triple vax sister was sick two weeks. I have lost so many friends who consider me dangerous to them. Frustrating because I know I was safer to be with than them. UGH Glad to see this study. Thank you MED CRAM
It's all a guessing game but it is, in my opinion, unlikely to hurt.
That is the part they want you to ignore as they tell you why their studies say it doesn't work.
It has also been known from late 2020 that Ivermectin doesn't do much for covid unless taken with zinc. I was able to get some in Australia in 2022, and followed this, then minimal symptoms from covid, despite being 78 with several other high risk indicators. Doctors who don't want to prove som
Whoops,.... doctors who don't want to prove something, are good at pretending that they can't talk and chew gum at the same time. 😒
But if you are deficient in zinc, or D3 (which is common), then your ability to fight infection will be compromised.
I took ivermectin wit D3 and zinc. I developed a deep rumbling cough which never got any worse, instead got better.
Hope this is a useful analogy: think of c-19 as a cold sore. Get on it at the first indication with everything in your arsenal to halt viral replication. (Valcyclovir etc) Wait a few days to act? You know the outcome.

Doc, how about a video about SADS (SVDS) and Died Suddenly?
Ciao doctore what about in a case where the patient is in the vulnerable condition, what do you think we be the first aid to help?
this whole thing so obviously skewed from the start with huge doses of metformin and relatively small doses of i^ermectin of ~ 400 MICROgrams/kgram
400 micrograms is equal to 0.4 milligrams x 100 kgrm = 40 milligrams typical daily
with doses of 100 milligrams of fluvoxamine 2-3 times daily and 1500 milligrams of metformin daily
Please stop recommending Covid shots for health kids. You must backpedal on this to regain credibility.
Did you assume that because I did a video on ivermectin that I must also believe that kids should all be vaccinated? Why would I need to back pedal if I’m not riding a bike?
@@Medcram
I know you recommend vaxxing health kids, as you said many times on Twitter. This is now known as a mistake as there is little if any benefit and possible severe side effects. Help families, and say healthy people under 25 should not get the EUA Covid Vaxx.

How much I ivermectin?
Did your doctor prescribed the ivermectin?😊
@@iss3466 yes. I bought some on my own speaking with a pharmacist from another country early on and he based my dosage on my weight. Then I found a local doctor who understood what I wanted to do and my concerns and prescribed me a bottle of ivermectin also - and also based the dosage on my weight. I took it throughout Covid years off and on when I would be exposed to people at holidays and when traveling as a prophylactic. Then as a possible antibiotic when I did get Covid. @@Vibe77Guy They handed out a take home kit to positive test patients containing IVM, Vitamin D, masks , thermometer, and a couple of other medicines. I have an image somewhere. Are there any studies on the effects of any of these drugs in relation to Long COVID?
Excellent video could you do a follow up video for long covid and the efficacy of any of the drugs mentioned for long COVID. As many of the drugs the FLCCC recommend for Long Covid are the same for active Covid.
The Together trial was bunk. It was obviously made to fail with weak dosages which were given at the wrong time.
Excellent presentation and explanation
It might be important, because after so many attempts we are still not getting rid of that bug.
much of the damage blamed on covid,is in fact being caused by the disgusting vaccines
"we are still not getting rid of that bug." Covid is here to stay. It is virtually impossible to eradicate a virus that lives in animal reservoirs. It is inconsequential, except to the Chinese government, which continues to obsess over it.
Viruses do not replicate. Bacteria do. Parasites do. Viruses are not living things. We have been LIED TO for a LONG TIME. Find a video of a virus replicating. Good luck.
Love it when you are open-minded.
Agreed, we can see in the comments all the sponsored Ivermectin agenda and offshore vitamin racket.
