I visited Abercrombie & Fitch’s website after seeing recent interviews with the CEO and was struck by the lack of white models across both men’s and women’s sections. Given that white people make up a large part of the U.S. population, this absence feels deliberate and puzzling. Where’s the balanced representation that includes all customer demographics? This doesn’t feel inclusive-it feels exclusionary.
They need to move online and focus on style and quality. Nobody goes to the mall. My Xmas shopping is complete and I never even thought about going to the mall.
there are different types of malls though. If you think the huge indoor walk around the mall with the food court etc, is the only kind of mall, you're hugely mistaken. Also, just because YOU don't go to a Brick and Mortar store such as Abercrombie doesn't say anything for the entire population nationally, and globally. So saying NOBODY is utter nonsense. You obviously don't know or understand shopping habits at brick and mortar stores.
Why is Kristin Scott, Director of global affairs leaving all of a sudden?

Yes, the malls totally are not where the younger gens are shopping. I haven't been to a mall in 10 year....
