It's amazing how a 16 y.o. russian girl can talk English so good and fluently.
Just goes to show you the education in Europe. People speak like 2-3 languages over there.
@@dbz24in Russia basically since she goes to a school in Russia
@@michaelbobylev8181where do you think Russia is. SMH dude.
it's not really when you consider tennis has been her whole life. It's an international sport, she would've been learning English from a young age when she started showing that she had genuine potential. A lot of Russians also speak English as well
Mirra plays intelligent tennis, I'm very impressed by her composure on court, she is learning very fast. Her interviews are so interesting to listen to, great to see her doing well.
If she carry’s on . Unstoppable. Hopefully she doesn’t experience what Emma Raducanu was put through. Just let them play
Emma is a loser who blamed injury
She doesn't)) she is Russian so she won't be promoted like this British girl
I agree! I think what she needs is more experience but that's naturally gonna grow as she grows
Already unstoppable!
Mirra is amazing ! Future number 1 !
Congrats Mirra! Well done. Go deep in tournament! Good luck
Looks like we have a new @monika seles, well done and best of luck in the next match 🙌🔥 ❤️
Умная девочка❤
This young girl seems like a lovely kid - especially enjoyed all the post-match comments re. Jabeur - but this result, for me, demonstrates the inherent weakness of the women's game ever since the Williams sisters left ... If you cannot see the HUGE DIFFERENCE in talent between these current players and them, when they were also only 16, you are not paying real attention
She’s gonna be a slam champion . No doubt about it
Andreeva stuns Jabeur. Jabeur is no easy opponent and was surprised. But I think the next time they meet again, Andreeva will see a different Jabeur.
Este deosebita este o surpriza plăcută. Va deveni o mare jucătoare. Este un mare talent.
It seems so nice kind and shy but on the court she is a beast, she literally smashed Ons that is a good player so i guess a big future for this very young girl
❤❤❤ super sweet sixteen beautiful and super stunning win 🎉🎉🎉
Duša mala, lijepa i ponosna Ruskinja!7Rasisti sa zapada crkavaju što Rusi imaju tako mladu šampionku!Puno uspjeha tebi i ponosnoj Rusiji!!!❤❤❤!
It’s kind of grand slam win by beating a three times grand slam finalist.
Умница!
She seems very sweet and a heck of a backhand. I dont see many players in the female side that hits inside out backhand.
Rusia
love her so much ❤❤🎉🎉
how is it a stunning result when the favorite wins
I hoped WTA/ATP/ITF, would stop this nonsense of mixing sport with politics during AO 2024.
Every player should have right to play under her/his country's flag. One cannot choose the country of one's birth.
Appointing "flag police" at the AO 2023 was not even childish... it was embarrassing and insane...
Wars are run by politicians not sportsmen/sportswomen.
Why during the invasion of Iraq, 20 year bombing of Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen and Pakistan not to mention the genocidal Vietnam war US, Australian, UK... athletes were allowed to compete under their national flag?
USA invaded Iraq in 2003 and yet their flag was still allowed at the World Cup 2006 in Germany and 2010 in South Africa despite the fact they were still in Iraq. Either ban ALL flags of countries who go to war, or don't ban any of them.
Another example; are Israeli (Para-)olympians responsible for the policy of their government towards Palestinians?
*
All wars are equal, but some wars are more equal than others.
because there is a country in the world that has started many wars over the past 30 years and the USA got away with it, the rest of the Western countries are its vassals and Australia is one of them unfortunately
You are idiot, there is no place for Nazi flag anywhere
Very true
I think the same! Tha same rules for all countries! World police USA can dictates the whole world what it must do
Future No.1, remember my words :)
Enorme satisfaction et réelle stupéfaction ...
So glad she took jabpur out
надо шлем забирать🏆
Училась хорошо в школе и она человек публичный ее к этому готовили и как себя вести давать интервью
Jabeur made her money 💰, she lost the drive to win.
She’s not hungry anymore.
She look like Monica Seles
Haha she’s funny
This isn’t an upset at all… Ons is just overrated and her ranking doesn’t speak for her tennis 🤷🏼♂️
Congratulations Mirra, keep rolling 🙏🫶🏽😇
No chance against iga or zabalanka
She is only 16 yo! She is at the begining of her professionell career !
I didn't expect that either!!!! You didn't win the match. Ons jabeur lost the match!!!! Hahaha
She is adorable
omg, can you imagine if she wins the AO?
Not possible at this time for her , in about 2-4 years maybe !! She has the talent to win it !!
Shame!!! Shame!!! Shame on the ATP and WTA international associations and individual organizers of tennis tournaments that allow Belarusian and Russian players to compete who did not condemn the war that Russia and Belarus brought to Ukraine.
Не твоего ума дело 😊
We Americans participated in wars all over the globe- invaded Iraq and never were our athletes made to miss sporting events or not have our flag displayed
I support Mirra and the other Russian atheletes
@@andrewbrennan4311 All Russian athletes who lack courage and conscience, regardless of the type of sport they represent, do not have the right to participate in international tournaments because they are part of a criminal regime
