Kind of reminds me of Capture One’s new (since last year) Speed Edit UI. Except Capture One doesn’t need external hardware.
Thought about getting one but I am not convinced yet. I use 99% the histogram to drag the blacks, shadows, exposure, highlights and whites flawlessly. Can you map the cropping on this device? Thanks as always for the awesome content!
You can straighten on it but I hadn’t figured out how to crop in further
Do you know if its possible, to use the big dail for going for-and backwards trought your images in the library module?
So crazy expensive. Loupedeck was already expensive I mean you can easily get a Midi controller and set it up for like 80 bucks and it will do even more than this.
Would love to test drive one of these before making that investment. From what I’ve seen here it definitely looks worth it, but until I’ve actually tried something, it’s hard to know if it’s right to add to my setup.
Curious if this would be a program they’d bring out. It would make sense since it is an investment
@@TaylorJacksonPhoto definitely doesn’t hurt to ask. I may reach out to them and see if they’d offer a rental option for those wanting to try the product.
So a snap together Loupedeck with LEDs.
I prefer the customization abilities of this personally
👍👍
Anyone interested in trading or buying an orbital editor and 2 slider modules?
So, you did this video 2 years ago,,, I went to their site today and it says this is available for “preorder” … have any shipped in the last 2 years???
Hmm. The product in the video or a new one? This one was out at the time of recording
@@TaylorJacksonPhoto I clicked the link you provided in your description and everything says "PreOrder". Everything looks the same as what you showed in your video. I have the old Palette system and I guess I need the new Monogram "Core" module to make it all work ... I'll keep checking their site.
@@allensrcadventures Weird you're right. They must have done a full rebuild on everything but left it looking the same. I missed that. They were for sure available when I made this video
@@TaylorJacksonPhoto Cool, thanks ... I'll do the preorder then. I've seen a lot of products go out to reviewers and then never make it to market ... so I was a little cautious.
So this like another version of Loupedeck ...
Similar. I like how minimal and modular this system is. Allows you to have everything you need, and nothing more.
Kind of reminds me of Capture One’s new (since last year) Speed Edit UI. Except Capture One doesn’t need external hardware.
I haven’t tried that UI, but it does seem interesting. For a studio desk setup, I really dig this so far. Even just the big exposure wheel makes editing a lot faster
@@TaylorJacksonPhoto Indeed. Dedicated buttons and dials for the win! :)
