Harry was drinking a bottle of brandy called Napoleon. Thinking it may have something to do with Gibson's informant, Gillian calls the number on the bottle and reaches an informant who agrees to meet Gillian in Alton Plaza. Gillian meets Napoleon and learns a bit about Gibson's investigation, but most importantly where to find Buffalo Cuisine. There's one place in the city that sells it, a Masquerade Bar called Outer Heaven. I'll need a mask to get in, so it's time to hit the Black Market!
