As I mentioned in the video, I recently beat the True Final Boss of Demon's Crest, who also had a mechanic where he turns the floor and wall into spikes. This fight was a much simpler version of that. Thankfully I found a good range where he would fire without breaking the floor. I think I'd like to play the Ys games at some point in the future. I'm very interested in action RPGs.

Glad you enjoyed the playthrough! It got pretty scary there at the end. Wasn't sure if I was gonna make it. I tend not to use save states in my playthroughs(except at the end of a video to pick back up where I was), so if you like that kind of gameplay I have a lot of it.

@@BeScarecrow Yeah, that's fine because that's using save states in a non-cheating way. The other person used in a way that was obviously cheating. I usually unsub to channels that do that. Finding gaming channels where the person playing never uses save states or rewind is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Glad I found another one.

Oh, so they were using it to erase their mistakes huh? Yeah, that definitely feels like cheating. I get that a lot of older games can be difficult, but it's not so bad once you give yourself time to learn the game.

Oh yeah, the Chief said one of the Junker rules was supporting Bounty Hunters. They must be doing a LOT of heavy lifting in Neo Kobe.

It's apparently just a pretty small release. It did get re-released on occasion a few different times. I saw it on GC-CX and thought it looked cool.

Been a while since I played a Detective game. The last one was Famicom Detective Club. I'm very excited for this one, as I'm a big fan of Kojima's games.

It's been a lot of fun so far! And it's been cool seeing the evolution of the Legacy of Goku games over the past few months of playing them.

Pretty interesting final boss, and good puzzling to figure out along the way. Some levels felt a bit long, but that's part of the deal with puzzle games I guess.

Oh yeah, I think you're right. I remember playing the New Lands Remastered on this channel a while ago.

It was a wild final boss. I wasn't expecting to see that he's basically a Skrull from Marvel.

I would actually like to play both of them. As you can see I chose to start Snatcher. I felt like Danzarb was kinda slow in combat without any options in the beginning, but I discovered the autobattle, so I think the fighting will go a bit faster. I intend to pick it up soon.

There are a few anime games from that era I would like to play at some point: Ranma, Sailor Moon, Tenchi, Lodoss War, etc.

I was referring to the schoolgirl one with the robot and the silly loli professor. The other one is also pretty good. Daily Life of High School Boys I think was the English Title. A lot of silly references and goofy situations in that one.

And there are still some people who probably like the newer arcs. With a manga that long, I'm sure folks like all kinds of different arcs.
