Given time to think about it, this raid series functions as a POV swap for the Warrior of Light, getting to see what Hydaelyn and her followers might look like to the Ascians. Granted there are a few differences, but I don't think it a coincidence that the Warrior of Light's party consists of themselves, Lahabrea, and Erichthonios. Three members to represent the three unsundered Ascians with us functioning as Emet-Selch in this scenario with Themis being Athena's Warrior of Light/Azem, a cobbled together echo of a dear friend made to fight for a false god.
With each final fight of the raid sets having a horror vibe (P4 feeling like Castlevania, P8 feeling like Resident Evil), I gotta say the vibe of P12 screams Parasite Eve, and that's honestly A-Ok for me
Athena looks like a cross between Meteion and Aya's "Liberation" attack form from Parasite Eve 1. I like how the music cycles through the previous themes in the raid series.
friend just sent me this, and i sat here like why does this sound like 2000's club/arcade racing game music? I literally just dug up Wangan Midnight 3 cause i used to play that in arcades back in the day. Good nostalgia right there.
That Parthenos she does before the donut proc is probably the sneakiest attack in this raid - and it almost always wipes when not enough people are paying attention to the cast bar. 10/10 raid series and music. Pandaemonium from P1-12 is gonna be hard to beat next expansion
These raids have been mid af. You're clearly a late expansion player, unfortunately. This is absolutely nothing compared to Alexander and Omega. Shadowbringers raids were starting to be on the weaker side, but, because the 2min meta wasn't established as firmly it was still enjoyable, plenty of good fights like E6s, E8s, E9s, E10 and E12. Not fantastic, but still pretty good and enjoyable. The only thing this expac as on the others is the ultimate fights. DSR and TOP are fantastic.

Ironically, the savage phase 2 music does disappoint. It's okay, but it's definitely disappointing compared to the original version of Ultima The Perfect Body.

Pandaemonium is 50,000 times better than The Zero Show.especially the latest awful chapter. At least in Pandaemonium the WoL is still the protagonist and not an extra in a dullard mary sue’s journey of being the bestest at everything and loved by everyone.

That's part of the entire package. Frequently, they're portrayed as the one singular point the story focuses on. It does not in fact, mean "female character I don't like".
