Thanks for the warning Bob. This year I bought some sun rated shirts for working in the garden. I have see people put 12v 300w element's in an electric hot water heater from panels to get hot water.
Those are all I wear anymore. Gotta have the protection!🤙
I use a 600w AC immersion water heater in a 5 gallon bucket in cold weather. If it`s warmer I use the hose outside.

Sorry about your shower I would take the gas like off and check the burner jets …probably that or a flame sensor. If you heat the water with your solar power hot plate some before you put it in the bag you can do it quickly.

I just had one cut off my shoulder and I have about 4 to 5 inch incision. It was just a small little mole, but man does it hurt, i’ve had MOHS procedure done for the last 10 years, I’ve even had pig skin and grafted on my head, so horrible !

My friend check your water pressure. There is a screen on the inlet on the heater. We have had this issue with this unit.
If the unit lacks in water pressure it will not light.

Would you be interested in a max power point heater controller that has solar panel input and heater element output? Works like a charge controller but uses solar power to heat up water in a hot water tank. It can be set to use only excess power from your panels after the batteries are charge up.

Yes important to keep that clean. Them sun showers do work. Skin cancer is no JOKE . Lots of skin screen hear. I put it all over my girlfriend when we go out. Getting back to that summer heat in NY. was cold for a few days . California having power grid trouble again. Some power lines started a wildfire and power cut to many to prevent more fires. Rolling blackouts happening again. Now south Texas getting ready for a big storm. it's a monster . Time to think solar hot water. many different systems out now.

By the way on my vacation recently with all my kids, they informed me that my T-shirt has an SPF rating of 5 to 7. I always put SPF 50 or higher on my skin but I never thought about my T-shirt. I thought it was like perfect, but apparently 100% cotton is permeable by the UV rays. You probably know all this already. I too have a couple of skin things I’ve had to have removed.
Yeah T-shirts offer zero protection. My dermatologists got me onto the spf 50 shirts a long time ago. It is all I wear if i step out of the shade. I even wear gloves spf 50 for driving. I got more barnacles on me than an ocean liner🤙
