    Wiring is one of those jobs that someone may dread, but it is also one of the big turning points in a project where a car fires to life. It also signals it won't be long before that maiden voyage. Good job Brent!

    May not be exciting to some people but it was to me , i watched it twice . I started playing around with old cars and later building hot rods about 1957 . I would do all my work but when it came to wiring i did it although i never liked to . Really hard for me to do . Now I'm pushing 80 so i don't do a lot accept work on , er i mean play with my 35 standard Chevy street rod i started building in 1999 . I live in the States , southern Idaho farming country . Started watching your U-Tube and have not been bored at all . Keep up the good work .

    I have a few questions: 1, Do you hook your headlights up through relays or direct through the headlight switch without relays? 2, What do you use for the brake switch to kill the cruise control? I have a Ford with a switch on the front line of my master cylinder. I'm sure it does what you are looking for and maybe that would be easier than trying to rig something up. (2002' F250). Also, the tube you added to the radiator,,, I've had to do a few of these and one was small enough to spread the end with my brake line maker and the other, much bigger, I simply drilled a hole the same size into a piece of 2x4 and inserted it in and used a ball bearing and hammer to open the end up so the hose would not slip off.. Both worked very well...

    • @HalfassKustoms
      @HalfassKustoms  3 роки тому +1

      Just through the switch, for brake switch I use something like this from an 80's gm with cruise control has both connections on it, one for the brake on for the torque/cruise www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1189195&cc=1036831&jsn=2679

They have far less amperage traveling through everything under and behind the dash and far brighter headlights and far better working fans and other accessories due to their use...
