Although tragic, the way the Netherlands handled the situation after the fact is incredible. So much respect and care for the victims and actively charging those involved, exactly how it should be done.
Netherlands excluded evidence of a Ukrainian BUK missile battery parked under the flight path. Netherlands also excluded evidence that the missile's erial number matched a missile delivered to Ukraine in 1986. The Netherlands excluded evidence that Ukraine staged the shoot down to blame Russia.
My husband flew with them a week after M370 went missing... He travelled from Australia to Germany. Because it was a work related trip, he had no choice in the airline. We were so worried but he was okay. Glad to know they have bounced back.

Although tragic, this video was made with great respect for everything that happened regarding MH17. For me, it's weird to work almost daily on the military base where the victims were identified. Only one memorial tablet remains reminding us of the great and difficult work being done there. I hope this never happens again. But if it does, we're ready.

Incorrect. Most of the cockpit was open to the air outside due to thousands of projectiles creating thousands of holes in the forward fuselage. It killed both pilots outright.
The fragmentation of the missile ruptured the hull causing it to loose pressure very suddenly. How can you sit there and try to argue against that? The missile's warhead as described is literally made to do that.
I just read that some passengers might have regained conscience when they were falling down the sky at 10.000 meters high and only died when they hit the ground... How awful! Poor people!
