I was told not to do a gluten free diet until after the endoscopy. If you do, you can get a false negative. You can also be in the beginning stages of Celiac Disease. A dairy sensitivity can sometimes be an indication of Celiac Disease.

Hi! I was wondering if you could share what ended up happening after you got the test results , do you have celiac or not? I am curious because I am
In the same situation, blood showed high antibodies but did endoscopy today and all normal.

More than likely, you are gluten intolerant. It’s common with Tyoe 1 diabetes. I have it and if I eat gluten I get sick. Good luck!

      I also think that's it...if not...still ditch the gluten!
Most if not al humans are in some way or form intolerant too gluten, because simply stated...gluten are a poison for the body.
      Especially,softly stated,most T1D are suffering from it.
It's well known and there're lots of medical studies on it.
It's the same case with lectine and other plant based defense chemicals, especially T1D's are having a problem with that because...autoimmune disease...there are studies pointing out it's the chemicals that trigger the autoimmune system which in this case attack the body.
I state it all very simple because it's not my foreign language, but hope you'll understand it and I hope to make you'll curious to investigate further for yourselves.
Most health problems starts with diets so the solutions are found there to begin with.
      Take care everyone 🙏🏻
