@@mikehoncho9298 from what I’ve seen, shakshuka also has bell peppers, onions, and different spices such as cumin, paprika etc. the preparation is very similar though. Eggs in Purgatory is Italian, and I believe Shakshuka originates from North Africa/Middle East.

Yep! Eggs in Purgatory is pretty similar Shakshuka, they just come from different cultures and have slightly different flavors!
