This procedure uses a small camera called an endoscope to visualise inside the ear canal whilst a small suction tube is inserted to gently remove ear wax.
We can also use other tools to remove hard ear wax, foreign bodies, peeling dead skin or for ear infection removal.

Ear wax plays a vital role in ear health. It helps to prevent ear infection and helps with ear cleaning by picking up any dirt or debris that accumulates in the ear canal. Normally this ear wax would fall out of the ear taking any dirt or debris with it.
How to remove ear wax?
Many people use q-tips/cotton buds for ear wax removal at home this is one of the worst things you can put into the ear as this can lead to an increased ear wax buildup or in extreme cases impacted ear wax. The best way to remove ear wax is to let your ears clean themselves and not to put anything smaller than your elbow in your ears!
How do I know if I have an earwax blockage?
If you experience a change in your hearing, discomfort in the ear or jaw or a feeling of fullness in the ear canal you may have an ear wax blockage. Our advice is to speak to your Doctor or local Audiologist who can take a look in your ears and assess whether ear cleaning is needed.

It must be absolutely wonderful to live in Myrtle Beach. I've never been there but I know so many people that vacation there every summer and they just love it. I've always wondered does it become rather quiet during the off season Once the tourists leave. Also it must be just a little piece of heaven. All of the pictures I've seen are so beautiful. I live in Vancouver Canada and not to be a downer but we have so much rain during most of the year Myrtle Beach sounds like a bit of a dream. Hope you don't mind all my questions but as soon as I saw Myrtle Beach they all came to mind.

Yah you're right.
We have a candy here in America called a Butterfinger. Its a flakey golden colored crunchy inside dipped in chocolate. I really think that is the best description of what came out of this ear.
First of all, incredible job. Are you sure you weren’t mining all the way through to the other ear canal? That was massive! Next, no tool should have a “bad rap.” They are a team of super heroes each of which has it’s time to shine. (Just like people.) 🥰

One of the top three, for sure! Huge chunks! And my favorite tool, the alligator clamp made an appearance! I was just wishing for one with a bunch in the recess or attic and this blew me away! This will go on my favorites list. I know when you first started there was one with a close amount, but the size of these pieces were awesome. GREAT WORK!!

Was this his first ever ear cleaning? Its like someone dumped a box of cornflakes in his ear and mixed some syrup in it for good measures LOL. My favorite tools that you use are first suction and second would be the forceps. Yep that was in your top 3 since posting videos for sure. Maybe even #1? Wow I bet he can hear a pin drop now lol. That was AMAZING!!! That’s definitely the most out of just 1 ear for sure. There’s one from 2019 a keratosis obturans one but it was 2 ears. SO COOL❤❤❤
