Red Bull are dominating the 2023 F1 championship. They have won all three of the opening races with a huge pace advantage, and Max Verstappen looks set to take his 3rd FIA World Championship. But the team wasn't always this successful. In 2020, they took just 2 wins, but the inputs of three men helped turn the second best F1 car to the best by over 1 second per lap. So who were they?

Ron Dennis laughing in the corner.. Not only he argued with Newey to kick him out to Redbull.. He also the one who stubbornly forced Honda to fit his zero size concept making Honda left to Redbull in the end.. He's clearly the best non-Redbull employee for Redbull
And another fun fact is, Ron Dennis also one of the major reason Mercedes start to build their own F1 team.. Ron Dennis is the unsung 🐐 of F1..

Mercedes wanted to become a manufacturer team not just a engine supplier in F1. Sure Ron Dennis forced their hand into becoming a juggernaut in F1 but that ultimately happened cause Merc had secretly been developing the V6 turbo hybrid power unit well before buying Brawn and keeping Ross Brawn on till their secret weapon became the power units if F1 in 2014. 🤔 funny how Toto gets all the credit for Merc's success when it was Ross Brawn who built the team up and the fact they had iver a 5 year head start on the other two engine suppliers at the time in F1. They forced F1 and the FiA into adopting the V6 turbo hybrids by threatening to leave F1 entirely which with only the two other engine suppliers at the time F1 couldnt afford that. That in fact is how Merc got Lewis to sign with them ! Nikki Lauda lured Lewis there with the FACT they would have such a clear power advantage. That in chess is called check and mate ! In a nutshell, brilliant but its sad that they now cry to the FIA about everything when they arent winning. Karma really considering during their run of dominance Toto Wolff would tell all the other teams principals to build a better car, but now its them who needs ti build a better car niw that their power advantage is long gone ! All their dominance did was inflated the two biggest egos in F1 Lewis Hamilton's and Toto(crying)Wolff's heads to the size of hot air balloons !! Thats also a huge part of why Lewis has the titles he has. Just think its hilarious now to see them point their fingers at everyother team that dies better then them now and whine to the FIA about it. Goung as far as to say porpoising was a safety issue but they refused to raise their car in the name of safety cause the W13 would've been even slower !! It's 🤯that they stayed with the ZeroSidePod philosophy, but they thought their crying to the FIA and getting e eryones cars raised 15mm thus year wiuld even the playing field more. When it didnt they switched to saying RedBull is cheating and now theyre sandbagging? Wasnt that Merc's calling card for their 8 years of dominance? Preseason testing make it look level ,then turn the wick up in qualifying at the first few races. Then once a point lead and race lead are established turn the modes back down to conserve their motors. We watched them do that from 2014 to 2020 ! Then finally RedBull and Honda ended that reign of the 3pointed star of Mercedes Benz (aka. the Silver arrows) in 2021 !!! Its It's funny how so many of the Merc fans thought that their returning to running a SJW WOKE black car would make them faster this year too. NOPE its too hard for them to win without that 50+ hp advantage they used to have !! Ive said it many times before but, 👏👏👏 I'm thrilled🎉 their reign is finally over !👋Lewis ! Even better Lewis didnt get his 8th and another undeserved title !!! IMO his 4 after Nico Rosberg retired arent fully warrantied cause they were so uncontested !!! But we all saw how they crumbled once another team and more talented driver opposed the mighty WOKEcedes and Sir SJW Lewis Hamilton ! They resulted to crying to the FIA for rule changes in a failed attempt to get back on top ! Now their future hopeful champion Georgey the shirtless boywonder Russell is right into their bag of tricks, using lies and false accusations towards RedBull to try to gain favor with all the 🇬🇧social media influencers and the FIA to fold under its pressure to change more rules in a attempt to pull redbull back to the slower pace of Mercedes and Ferrari ! 😢 Boohoo George sorry you finally got into that dream ride seat of a Mercedes Benz F1 and they no longer are the top team. Funniest part was Lewis clearly knew Russell wouldn't roll over and expose his belly for a petting like a good doggy that Bottas had done after replacing Rosberg ! Now Lewis has his hands full with a teammate that won't just let him by cause he thinks he is the GOAT that he really isnt !!!
      Go MAXattack Verstappen 2023's🌎 champ and 3X 🏆🏆🏆WDC 🏁🏎____💨,and RedBull back2back WCC !!!

@@naufalpahlevi8976 Best part was Lewis saying it didnt really help all that much. Except for restarts and in qualifying? So no, having warmer tires going into turn one at a restart is a HUGE advantage nor is it in qualifying better having warm front tires especially when they all slow down as much as they do to get cleaner air in the cars. Then why did Merc spend millions developing DAS for only one season ? Merc's motto should be if you can't beat them with a power advantage use the FIA for your dirty work !! Really LOVE hearing George Russell whine about RedBull's supposed sandbagging, hes just devastated that Merc isnt the all mighty front running team he thought his seat would provide him with ! Am glad he's not rolling over and letting Lewis by and last year making his own calls to benefit himself. Unlike Lewis whi only questions after the fact or claims his tires are spent only to pull out fastest laps 5 or more laps later on those so called spent tires !! Just glad their time at the top is finally over. And truly believe the right man won in 2021 no matter how much the 🇬🇧 influencers, Merc fans, and alk the Sky sports commentary people cry about it still !! Go MAXattack !!!!!!

He had the better stats and if not for his 3 DNF's two no fault of his own. Silverstone he got punted off by Lewis and Azerbaijan his tire failed. Monza i still think was both Max's and Lewis fault . And ill throw in Hungary where another Merc ruined his race. So if those 4 incidents didnt happen the title wouldve been Max's mathematically by Brasil so merc wouldve never run a SPICY engine to tie it up for Last race of the year. Two of those incidents happened while Max was leading too ! But anyways ye had nothing to do with the restart of that race ! And if anyone was to blame for its Merc, for not pitting Lewis for fresh tires !!! But what they care they had the constructors title sewn up ! 🤔Funny how Merc fans never think of it that way !!!!

Honda's role in Red Bull's dominance will probably mean that the team can continue fighting at the front until 2025 and will also put big pressure on Ford to deliver with their partnership with Red Bull. If I have to guess that's probably where all the engine manufacturers and teams have set their sites on: Creating an engine that can be more powerful against the Red Bull-Ford one's knowing full well said engine the latter will be making will be their first. This means everyone could very well start on a level playing field in 2026 engine-wise.

That was a great decision to keep control of there company and not let an engine manufacturer take over hence there move to FORD from 2025. Good video. One thing that you forgot to mention is that RB owns Torro Rosso and basically used them as test mules in 2018. Basically they got the 3 years of development from Mclaren plus 1 year of testing the Toro Rosso cars to failure in addition to the two teams openly sharing data between themselves from 2019-. No doubt Mclaren’s toxicity contributed (or rather was detrimental) to the development but they also had another team to test the engines on, without having any intention of winning or finishing races.

Much better than Ferrari who cheated throughout the 2000s and had the FIA helping them. Whenever Ferrari is at the front there’s always a flaw or something wrong as to how they came to the front. They’ve been moaning for 100 million pay check each year whilst red bull and Mercedes both have to work from the ground up.
Anyone who supports Ferrari nowadays are just glory hunters

Why the unnecessary dig at Mercedes fans? I'm a Merc fan who actually stopped watching when Mercedes were dominant because F1 got so boring. I'll do the same again if Red Bull walk it this season

Add that to every championship since 2010 has been won by Red Bull and Merc. Acting like its just a Merc thing is weird. Include Brawn with Merc thats since 2009. Thats a long time of 2 teams. People just want something new.

It is cause a lot of Mercedes fans loved when they raced basically by themselves for 8 consecutive years. Not all loved, but most did
